I took my father here for fathers day. We used the online wait list so the wait wasnt super long when we got there but food came out over cooked and burnt. My dad’s was suppose to be medium and came out med well more of the well side. He ate it because he didn’t want to wait another 30 mins and I got a burger cooked medium and came out burnt like crunchy burnt and so I did send mine back. Waited another 30 mins after my dad has done eating food not the way he wanted it and I get another burger and it’s still burnt and literally in chunks I just told her it was still burnt but I’ll just take a box cause we’re going on being there for 2 hrs all together already she just said ok and walked away like what I said went in one ear and out the other. I get home and I’m so mad at myself that I paid for that because I tried to take a bite of it at home and it’s just crunchy burnt. Picture is of my second burger looking like the first. Also you can see the cook finger print in the bun from being squished down. I won’t be bringing my dad or family back.

Straight trash!!! To start they sent out the wrong appetizer . We had them to take it back and they eventually brought out the correct one but it took so long we had already gotten our salads. The potatoes skins were over cooked the cheese was fried out of the mozzarella sticks and the fried pickles were loaded with salt but I’m guess that were all the seasoning was at because There was no season on my food it tasted as if they boiled the smothered chicken and then toss it on the grill for the grill effects. My onions looked beautiful but tasted like trash. My sweet potato was raw, my Caesar salad dressing tasted like mayo but my water was nice and cold. My husband had barbecue chicken that was drenched in sauce . His steak was pretty but with no seasoning. If you want food with no flavor Texas Roadhouse is the place to go… oh I almost forgot… they had entertainment. I’m guessing that’s why my food was tasteless bec the staff was busy dancing. The staff was polite and that’s the only reason they got one star…

Filet odd shape but cooked perfectly and delicious, bread and butter amazing, Mac and cheese not very cheesy, don’t recommend, side salad excellent, ribs kind of fatty for my taste but the best part was incredible service, so much better than expected for a restaurant at this price point! Overall recommend, I’ll just get a different side and not as the ribs next time

We came here for a nice dinner and we were not disappointed. Our server Courtny, was good, very professional. The food was really good. Our steak was cooked to perfection. It was a nice dinner. It was crowded because it was Saturday and a little loud, but we were able to have a conversation without yelling. I am very happy with our experience.

On the day that we were at the Texas Roadhouse the music volume kept changing. We weren’t able to hear each other talk without yelling. The food that I had had a funny taste to it and the waitress was very nice about getting me another order. I will probably go again though just to give them another try.

I ordered the grilled shrimp and it tasted like straight salt/Cajun, I couldn’t even eat it. Very loud atmosphere, hard to have conversation without yelling. This is a hit or miss kind of place. I typically experience slow service but it’s understandable due to how busy they are. ALSO, every time I come here the chairs are filled with CRUMBS! Please wipe the seats out!
