My experience at this establishment compared to the others ones I have been was not as good. First I was ecstatic, because when I pulled up to the place they had a veteran sign. Then we get seated everything is going ok. Waitress takes our order and I think everything is going good. Food comes out, I think I get everything but missing two items. So I tell the waitress after waiting a little while longer, she brings out one of the items missing, then I say to her, I am missing the other item, she says oh, and we wait a long little while longer. One dinner is finished, I ask, do you still offer military discount, she says no. So I ask, can you talk to a manager, she leaves comes back and says no again. So I said, you have a veteran sign and I have been to other Roadhouse establishments and never had this problem. She sticks to the story. So fast forward 2 weeks, i go to another roadhouse in a different state (CT) and ask for a military discount and they instantly call the manager and the discount is done.

Alas, I am out to find a new “go-to” steakhouse. Positives first: I have always received stellar customer service by the employees at this location. My order is always ready at the promised time. However, during my last three visits, my steak has been over cooked and tough. To pay $30 for a steak in addition to a tip on a carry out order and still experience dry over cooked meat is disappointing. This happened to be my favorite spot in Fayetteville. I still drive quite a ways to get here and take my meal home so it’s an inconvenience to drive back and return a steak that wasn’t cooked properly.

This place is a very good restaurant. The food was delicious. I personally had the country fried chicken that had gravy with a side of fries and vegetables. The service was really good the staff is friendly and it looked like they enjoyed working there. The atmosphere was very lively with nice country music and some of the waiters were dancing to songs. I would definitely recommend this place for birthdays or special occasions.

Went here for my birthday dinner and had a blast. However, they only had a booth available because they were busy. As a bigger girl, I was assured it’d be spacious for me. I fit the booth, but.. barely. I was struggling and it made me uncomfortable as dinner kept progressing. Rolls came out hot and fresh, fried pickles were crispy and thin. The Portobello Mushroom Chicken was a 3/5. Chicken was kinda chewy but it still tasted good nonetheless. My husband got the Roadkill thinking it was actual steak, but it was a hamburger steak. Our twins loved everything. They ate rolls, corn, rice, Mac and cheese, everything but the actual meat.

I went to Texas Roadhouse today and it was a good experience. People with their families were waiting outside, but because I was alone I was told by an employee to stand indoors, after a few minutes I was seated. A few minutes after my order was taken the server brought me my salad and not long after that my steak and ribs. The servers did some line dancing. I want to go back.

My daughter and I had a mommy-daughter date and it was perfect 1st off our waitress Anaya C. was super sweet and had great hospitality. The bathroom was clean enough considering how busy they were. The food was brought out in less than no time. Hot and fresh very satisfying. We enjoyed our time here and will continue to come back. Thanks, Anaya C. for being a great waitress! After shopping, the two of us decided steak and potato for dinner. Haven’t been to one of these in years and my partner-in-crime is a first timer! A wait is expected. Before being seated, we were asked if we wanted to pick a steak… What an experience… We chose from the menu later. Rolls were lead by the host as we were seated. Cool! The atmosphere was so unique, including staff participating! Let’s you know they have fun and work together as a team. This evening David was absolutely amazing – friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, caring! Ask for David. Our potato skins appetizer was good. Steaks were cooked accordingly. The Ribeye 12oz with Caesar salad and green beans pictured below. The bone-in smothered with onions and mushrooms and baked potato and green beans pictured below. The Bone in was tender with a little more flavor than the 12oz, only by a few points imo. We added a side of ribs at a decent price for add-on. Dr pepper for our drinks although we noticed a Blue Crush Lemonade on the menu. We played a few games on the tablet while awaiting our dinner – yes, please continue with this approach. Bathrooms were 4/5 with mostly clean and light debris due to high volume of customers.

Very long wait on weekends. You have to wait in a virtual line, that then puts you into the line outside, then you get put into a line inside the building. Just be prepared to stand. It was all worth it though. Each food entree came out extremely fast and hot each time. My steak was perfect, waitress even told us to cut it and make sure it was right. Food is still fairly priced even with inflation going on. Was told to have a nice day by at least three different workers. Great service.

The sweet potato was delicious. Dancing and music good. Service awesome. Tea doesn’t taste like tea… weak. Regular potato was over cooked… dry. Sports on TV needs to be actual sports instead of people talking that we cannot hear. Steak ok. Dirty decorations.
