AMAZING steak dinner! Whenever we want a REAL steak dinner, we always head to Texas Roadhouse in Murrell’s Inlet. DO NOT confuse this with the other “Texas Roadhouse Grill” in Myrtle Beach…..it is not part of the same chain, and definitely not the same quality. Our steaks are always perfect, the salads are yummy because they are more than just lettuce and dressing….and the homemade dinner rolls are to die for. On this visit, Jennifer was our server, and she was awesome! She went out of her way to make our experience even better. We highly recommend Texas Roadhouse any time you are hungry for steak.

This will be our first and last time dining with this establishment unless we were compensated in some manner. I did the curbside pick up and my order was wrong upon arriving at home. Started with an order of potato skins that were inedible they were so well done. In my 36 years of life I have never seen potato skins so well done, if they’d included sour cream I could’ve possibly gagged down a couple bites. Totally inedible for my almost 3yr old. No sirloin that was supposed to be medium rare was medium at best. I asked for bbq sauce on the side with the chicken bc i thought my toddler might not care got it… it came smothered in sauce. Instead of veggies & sweet potato sides I got two bowls of mushrooms & onions & sweet potato. What am I supposed to do with those? The only enjoyable thing was the sweet potato. Even the rolls had a very strange sweet aftertaste & flavor to them I’ve never experienced with dinner rolls. Are they washed in a sweet coat of some kind? My son threw the roll to the side of him which seemed odd for him. i’d give zero stars if I could. Just left a bad taste in our mouths literally. I feel like I would’ve been more satisfied having a bowl of cereal for dinner. Also I love how everybody is so out of control with the Tips they expect you to leave a tip prior to even experiencing the service which the tip is to be generated on the job and service you experience not just expected. Really disappointed….. I am super confused as to why their parking lot is always jampacked and people sit there hours prior to their opening. Do people enjoy eating greasy poorly cooked Garbage or is this not the usual? I feel robbed & still hungry. What a shame.

Nice place for the family, reasonable prices and wait times. Staff was friendly and food was abundant for what you pay for. Downside…I will not order another steak from here since it’s hard to cook a steak medium twice

My son’s burger has a sharp piece of plastic in the meat of his burger which stabbed him in the mouth. The manager was good in the way he responded to us except that he stated he has had to say something multiple times to his kitchen about this issue!
