First off! When I walked in I didn’t feel welcome. I was told that the wait was 30-45 for two people. When they did seat us, our table was so wet and dirty. I had to walk up front to let them know. And to send someone to clean our table. When the lady did come, she didn’t even clean the table right. Our table was so sticky! I had to walk into the bathroom to get a wet paper towel to clean our table. Then our waitress came by to take out order (by the way she was the best!)… So our food finally came out. My steak was cooked medium well when I asked for medium And when I tell you, there was absolutely no seasoning on our steak. I literally mean that! I mean there was no salt or pepper. At least they could have put that on the steak. So I’ll explain this to the manager on duty tonight. Don’t you guys know this man goes in the back and bring out a cup of seasoning so we can season our steak, instead of taking it in the back to get them to do it over. My advice to you Texas Roadhouse to greet and treat every customer the same from when you open your doors to the end of the night no one should be treated differently, regardless of what time it was. And just a FYI I came at 10:13pm and you guys close at 11.

I stopped in here on Mother’s Day just because I was in the area and I needed to find something to eat fast because I was hungry. There were a lot of people in here but no problem going up to the bar and placing an order. It took about 15 minutes total to get my food on the table. The chicken sandwich was good. But I like my barbecue sauce with more “bite” in it. The portion is always “man-sized” with plenty of food even for a large appetite. There were plenty of steak fries on the plate. But I like French fries better. The fries were good though. Plus they always give you enough baked bread to feed a small army. Here’s the verdict. Chicken Sandwich: 8. Steak Fries: 8. Baked Bread: 10. Food taste: 9. Bathroom: 8. This meal only cost $12.59 before the tip.

I took my elderly neighbor out for her birthday and Texas Roadhouse is her favorite restaurant. I have not been so I was kinda iffy on going. Let me say, I don’t know why I thought the food was going to be bad in terms of flavor and quality. The ribeye was soo good! It was cook to my specification, it was tender and full of flavor. I have been sleeping on this restaurant! The atmosphere is kinda of loud but overall the food and service was FANTASTIC!

This was a terribly disappointing experience. I use to love this restaurant, but wow the prices are ridiculous for food that tastes like it’s microwaved (seriously don’t order their overpriced rice- it’s bad).

My husband and I always share a 20 oz. ribeye steak and every time it is cooked to perfection! Texas Roadhouse will always be our fav steakhouse to dine at. Food is good and people are friendly.

If you’re placing a to go order don’t even bother. I placed an order online and waited 40 minutes maybe longer and never got my food. People who arrived after me were getting their food before me. I called gave them my name told them I was here, they said ok. Still nothing, called again after another 15 minutes. They said they were getting the order ready. I decided not to wait any longer. I understand it was Father’s Day and it was busy but still unacceptable. Cars were lined up for to go parking because there was no parking available. Some of the cars in the picture that had no parking was getting their food before me. All the cars that were lined up was waiting for a to go parking spot.
