My Dad just brought home dinner and most of the lettuce in this salad is old & turning brown, it’s not the quality we usually get when we eat here. Looks like some bottom of the barrel food poisoning lettuce. Also I didn’t get any salad dressing with it.

For a Tuesday night they were really busy. Our initial wait time wasn’t that bad. Maybe 20 min. The inside was very crowded and people everywhere. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the lack of an aisle way getting too and from your table and the door. They put extra tables in what should be the walk way. I get it the more people you sit the more money you make. Just more of an inconvenience than anything. Other than that the service was great steaks came out a little more done than we would have like but taste great just the same.

We were traveling to GA to visit a friend and decided to stop for the evening to eat and rest so we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. I was nervous when we pulled up because there were lots of people standing outside but when we put our name on the list they said it was 15-25 minute wait, which wasn’t too bad for a Saturday night at 7. The wait time ended up being about 15 minutes, which was awesome.

I have been to other locations and loved it, however this location is just okay. The steak cut fries weren’t all the way cooked, the chicken was good and cooked though. I get yall were busy tonight but can you atleast cook the food all the way through. I’m willing to wait if it means I get better food. The service was okay for being busy. I just wished the experience was better, the food wasn’t worth that price. Maybe it’s because it was busy but idk. This was my first time at this location and I’m nervous of coming back.

First time at Texas Roadhouse here in Valdosta per our daughters birthday dinner request and it was GREAT! Catalina was awesome even though it was busy!! She was on top of drinks, appetizer came out fast & was hot and delicious and food arrived shortly after and didn’t disappoint. Steaks were perfect and just overall we were very satisfied with the service and food!!! Manager (Taylor) came out to our table and asked how food and drinks were, super nice as well. We will definitely be back!!

I Love Texas Road house but Sunday the Sangria Margarita wasn’t that good, tasted like shaved ice. I changed it for the mango Margarita but it tasted like a good mango smoothie, I guessed it was a virgin . Also if they asked you to add the Shrimp for $3.99 to your plate I do not recommend it , three small shrimps, no worth the price. I know about shrink-flation but this is ridiculous.
