Great first experience at this location. Bread with the butter is always good. I had the prime rib and it was cooked just how I ordered. Full of flavor om every bite. Chili was pretty standard and so were the mash potatoes. Bacon bits were pretty hard though.

The wait time was very good. It only took 10 minutes to get my party seated. The food was delicious . My steak was a bit overdone, but the seasoning was absolutely delicious. The staff was very welcoming, and my waiter was spot on with the refills and bread. The appetizers were good. Especially the chili cheese fries. My family really enjoyed it, and we will definitely be coming back.

This is the porterhouse my husband got set in front of him to eat Friday night. This was apparently after they remade it from being overcooked. He did ask for a nice sear to the steak… but this is something else. It was also not even palatable due to the amount of salt. I was pretty shocked they would even put this in front of us. They offered to remake it but we were there so long already. They took his steak off the bill, but the experience matters too. We spent a lot of money (even with the steak taken off) and both left disappointed and unsatisfied.

Costumer Service excellent since when we walked thru the door during our visit… Awesome food even when we ended up not too fans from their steak fries which were under cooked but other than that, the rest of our food were perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. Frozen Margarita was perfect! The ambience was a bit too loud in the salon for someone trying to engage in a conversation at their table but it was Friday afternoon so I think I get it… We do recomend this location and we definitely will return and we know nxt visit will be ALL 5 Stars. Again, Their Staff were Rockstars 5 Stars to them; Food were overall a 5 stars (if we take out the steak fries) & Ambience 4 potentially 5 if we try possibly another time and day. ❤️

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had there last night. 1. Put our name in for 6 and then 10-15 minutes later changed it to 7 and were told it would be 30 minutes. No problem just hang at the bar. Well after they gave away the table they told was for us they sat the 7 of us at a 6 person booth. 2. We asked for a manager. The manager came over with an attitude, said we told the hostess the wrong number of people so basically it was our mistake. No apology, just attitude. 3. We finally got ready after an hour total at this point. Say us at another 6 person booth and stuck a chair at the end. The waitress literally rolled her eyes every time she had to come over. 4. The lettuce on the 2 side salads and the 2 entree salads was brown. BROWN! I wouldn’t serve it to my guests and I can’t believe all 4 salads made it out. Unbelievably disappointed. And no, after waiting an hour for a table and another hour for our food (it was super busy and I get that) I was not about to return it.

Well the grilled bbq chicken was fabulous , but the side of half of ribs were burnt and the reorder was also burnt. Slow cooked ribs should never be burnt…(maybe they used a fast fire) anyways they took it off the bill and were not at all snotty about it. The bartenders were a class act treatedme very well. If I were to recommend this place I would say order chicken and long island ice tea!

Waiter called my husband (who is his senior) a “boy”. Waiter also struggled with his ability to listen and follow directions the first time. He ended up getting help from another waiter that seemed to have either more experience or common sense than him. There was only 7 in our party, no complicated or special orders. May I suggest some DEI training? Either way, I’ll never return.
