We had a phenomenal time. Our server Peyton was the best server we have ever had. I wish the music could have been lowered just a smidge, but our food was delicious. We joined the wait list from Google before leaving our house and was seated immediately once arriving. I suggest joining the wait-list before arriving.

First time giving a single star but this place deserves it. Hostess too busy on her phone to get our phone number correct. Told 30 minutes wait time. Waited 90 minutes. We brought it to their attention after an hour only told to wait. Then found out the hostess didn’t get our phone number correct, after we told her twice what it was. (Face in phone). Food was okay, when we finally got it because the server forgot our order and we had to give it to him again. Rice was excellent that came with the grilled shrimp. Here’s a pic of a plate with no more rice on it. My third time here. Every time I come here there’s an issue or issues. *fried pickles here are excellent! Yeah, not coming back here.

I go for the fried pickles but stay for the perfectly cooked delicious steak. My whole experience with this location was excellent, from the hostess to server. I ordered a sirloin with loaded baked potato and salad. Appetizer was fried pickles. All the food was cooked to perfection, they know how to make a medium steak that melts in your mouth. The manager came by my table to see if I needed anything and the servers were attentive without being overbearing. I enjoyed this place. Only drawback-they don’t open until 3;00, but worth waiting for. Stop by there if you’re in the area or plan to go. They also have a location in Oklahoma City, OK that has equally good food.

Salad had bad lettuce, the chili came cold I sent it back the picture showed how our server brought it back and her attitude matched the chili. Texas Roadhouse is one of our favorites but the past two trips was terrible.

My wife and I ate here today and really enjoyed our visit. We arrived around 2:30PM and the place was PACKED!! Nevertheless we were seated within about 15 mins. The service, atmosphere and attitude were all on point. The food was great for the most part, but beef tips ordered “well” were a bit over cooked/tough. The wife ordered a 6oz. Sirloin well and it was perfect. All the rest of the food and salads were great. I appreciate that they bring rolls out with them as you are shown to your table; it’s a great system and overall the traffic flow is good.

We were a larger party of 8 people (5 adults and 3 kids), that just wanted to go for lunch. The service provide was standard or slightly below. When food was being brought out it was missing sides and order notes. The food was horrible. Only one dish out of eight was actually enjoyable. Our kids chicken strips were nothing but bland, unseasoned nuggets and the sliders that my daughter had gotten, were more closely related to hockey pucks then actual burgers. The name of the dish she got was called “mini cheese burgers”, yet when they brought it out it was nothing but hockey pucks on buns. No cheese and they had been covered in this overly salty seasoning. When we notified the server that they were overcooked, over seasoned, and missing cheese, she promptly took them back but only to bring them back out with two cold slices of cheese on top. This was not acceptable nor was it sanitary. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at a Texas Roadhouse. Would definitely not recommend this location, and when it came time to pay we said we will be paying by card and we’re directed to use the table kiosk. Which they charge you an additional fee to use.

Ask for my food to go got it home half my food was missing. Steak and Potatoe was overcooked and couldn’t eat my sons chicken was over cooked I live about 45 min from there called and they told it was my fault because I didn’t check there work first and there was nothing the could do. O they might be able to send me some rolls but next time I have to check and make sure the have done there job and but all the food in there and cooked it right. Then I called back and talked to another manager and she told me they would send coupons in my email and never did I guess just said that to get me off the phone. I spent a lot of money for this food and I will never go back. They should have better policy and better customer service I don’t work there I paid for the food they should have made sure that my food was there and correct I’m so mad about this

My sister and I ate here and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our server was delightful and deserves 5 stars on her service alone. Shout out to Kayla!! Very friendly atmosphere. Fast service. Good food. The baby back ribs are delicious.Everyone was very very nice and very welcoming. Thanks again for the experience. This was definitely a do over!

Let me start out with our server was an amazing young lady by the name of Kayla she was awesome. Drinks always full check to make sure if there was anything need. Can’t say enough on how awesome of a server she is…. On the other hand the food was good we ordered an appetizer and our 4 meals all at the say time. Appetizer was out promptly, over an hour after placing the order our meals still had not been brought out to the table. Table sat at the same times as us ordered appetizer had all there stuff ate and was ready to leave and the kitchen still hadn’t gotten us our food out. Finally after getting our means. Let me say we had a 5 year old who had been ready to eat. My husband asked to talk to the manage. He was told she would be right out sat there 15 minutes no manager. We left he call and asked to talk to the manager. Her name was Megan when my husband explained she got very rude and more or less said he should of waiting and till she came out to talk to him. She was very rude and nasty. As of this point the conversation was over my husband wasn’t dealing with the rudeness after just spending $100 on food. Been to Texas Road House a couple times before. Never had a problem I understand people have bad days but when your in management you don’t treat people this way. Have worked management most of my life. If you have a bad day you need to leave it outside. Best of luck Kayla you were an amazing server.
