I don’t like leaving reviews like this but its needed. We’ve been to this location around 6 times. I would say 2 out of 6 times were decent. Tonight, we were sat after a 15 minute wait. We waited for our food for over an hour and 15 minutes only for a $20 medium rare, New York strip to come out looking crispy and completely cooked through. Told our waitress about it and she offered to take it back but I declined due to having to wait another 30 minutes for a new one. Just to top it off, we weren’t comped for a poorly cooked $20 steak and they are now making you pay on the tablet screens that charges you an additional $2 fee. They are charging YOU to pay for YOUR food… I think this will be our last visit sadly.

I’ve been here maybe 4 to 5 times in the last few years. I’m just not a fan. On my last visit. There were gnats and dirty utensils. Our waitress Abi was sweet and attentive. The rolls and butter didn’t live up to the hype. Personally, it’s not that great to me. The appetizer of bacon cheese fries was dry. Almost like they had been sitting under a heat lamp covered in cheese for some time dry. The maragrita with the shot of patron was good. The margarita that had black lava salt on the rim was way too tart. There was barely any salt in the rim. I could barely taste alcohol because of the mix. I also added a shot to that drink as well. Food comes, and my herb crusted chicken is delicious. My side of “fresh vegetables” tasted like they were considered “fresh” months ago. My potatoes were pitiful. My SIL had a steak, it’s was ok. My dad had a pork chop that he raved about. I won’t say I won’t be back, but it will be a while. If I have a better visit next time, I will update the review.

Loved the rolls with the honey butter. They just melt in your mouth. The porterhouse steak was amazing as well. Good and tender. Hats off to the cook. My kid enjoyed the grilled shrimp as well. My wife like her stk as well. I was the ny. All in all we will be back

Food wasn’t bad. Steak was very salty. Entire staff was disengaged and to say they were adequate would be a stretch. Typical staff of what you may attract in Mobile. The corporation should take note, the people working at this location are phoning it in, the didn’t suck today but they aren’t too far away from costing you business and brand recognition.

Seated right away 5:20 took our drink orders at 5:32, placed our order at 5:40. Received our food at 625. Ordered my steak MR got it Med, but it was cold like room temp, steak fries looked like they been sitting under a heat lamp to long or cooked in nasty grease. BF steak was MW. It was Well done cold and dry, is loaded baked pot only had butter with a few pieces of bacon on it. Not enough for additional $1.99, waitress was nice but not very attentive, I had 2 different managers come but. They reduced my food only. Took Another 30 min. Did not offer to redox my BF so we ate separately and I watched him eat. So an hour n half later got my food but then I was freezing and did not want to eat, we took it home I did not eat thanks!!!! Manager did not offer to recook both meals or take any off the bill, apologized to say kiosk was mixed up with another table who paid our bill so we could pay theirs which was cheaper by $10. Still ended up paying $56 not the $69 that was our original bill.

Once we was seated it took awhile before our server came and took our drink order. When we did we put in for appetizers, it took awhile before those came out. When they did she brought us another tables appetizer, took it and left, brought us ours. The blooming onion was over cooked and was hard as a rock to chew. We place our dinner order and sat awhile, in the meantime we watched tables who was sat after us get service quick and efficient. On another note we was burning up and we asked about the A/C and was informed it was broken. Over the course of 2 hours we have not ate. We paid for our meal asked the server to box it up and she said it would be out in a few minutes. 15 minutes go by and we still didn’t have our food. We got up and asked to speak to a manager and no one came. They brought our food to us and we left. This was an excellent example of poor service and poor management. We will not be back.

We always LOVE Texas Roadhouse and always receive the best service and food! We were SO very sad to find out today that our favorite food runner (Alicia) is no longer a food runner and working in the back now instead…she absolutely needs to be on the floor, she has a personality out of this world and a special talent/ability to elevate any TRH experience we’ve ever had! I hope she moves back to the floor soon! We were glad we bumped into her but sad to find out she wouldn’t be the one bringing our food.

We had the best waitress. I think her name was Paula. It started with a P ( black girl) She was the best. Food was good. The only thing that will keep me from visiting again is how they make you leave a tip if you use the machine on the table. You are already charged a tip on your bill. If you check out with credit card on the machine on the table they make you tip again or you won’t be able to check out. We ended up tipping her three times.

I had an amazing experience here. Liberty was the most wonderful waitress I’ve ever had in all my years. Her exquisite service is unmatched!! All of my food was brought out quick and was perfect. If every restaurant had servers like Liberty, they would all get 5 stars. Her humorous jokes, positivity, and ability to give advice are a few of many reasons why I had such a wonderful experience. I just hope I always get her when I dine here!
