Best food in town, as crowded as they always are it would have been great to leave the original location open also. Way too many Davidson county residents seem to make the drive in turn forcing the locals to wait. Not to mention the excess noise level if you know what I mean.

This place was hopping on a Friday night. I was wanting so steak after a day of shopping and we Google till we found us a Texas Roadhouse close which was still 10 miles from where we were but I said it will be worth the extra drive. We get there and there is an hour and fifteen minute wait. We tough it out cause I know the steak will be good. We get our text and get seated and our waitress comes around and she was the best. Ashley saw to every need and want we had or thought we would have. The food was amazing the service was amazing and the drinks were amazing!!

I usually never have issues with this location but tonight my to-go order of the Herb Crusted Chicken was undercooked (I should have known when I realized it was cold when I opened it up – I live less than 8 minutes away). I’m sure it was because they were understaffed and rushing to get the to-go orders out with how busy it was but after having to wait for an hour and a half, this is disappointing and spoiled my appetite. I will say the staff was very kind and apologetic about the wait time and my sides were fine.

I always love Texas Roadhouse, mostly for their steak. I usually get the 8-oz sirloin, medium rare. You can never go wrong with their loaded baked potato and green beans. My favorite appetizer is the rattlesnake bites, unfortunately last time I was there they did not have it but that was okay. The only complaint I have is that if you are easily over stimulated I don’t recommend going without some ear plugs because they do sing for people on their birthday and if you enjoy that, then that’s wonderful. The employees are always hospitable and friendly, and yes it does take time to be seated and served food. This is not a fast food restaurant this is a sit-down restaurant. I do however wished they had two locations in Hendersonville that way it wouldn’t be so packed but overall I love this restaurant.
