Would give this zero stars if possible. This is the second time in two weeks we have come here to have dinner and the first time my husband ordered pork chops and they came out raw. The manager Jim came to the table and made excuses about them being raw and how it was a bad night and multiple tables had the same problem and he would fix it. We came back tonight and my husband wanted to give it another try on the pork chops because he has ordered them in the past with no issues and thought it was just a bad night. Well we finally receive our food and yet again the pork chop was completely raw in the middle. We ask for the manager and it happens to be Jim working again. He looks at the pork chop that is obviously raw even confirmed by the waitress and says that pork chops are supposed to be served very pink now that even the FDA says so and that he watches Gordon Ramsey and he serves his that way. We both said that there is a difference in slightly pink and raw and cold. He hesitated to take it back until my husband said he wasn’t going to eat it that way. I showed the manager a picture of what is ok to serve and what is not. He takes it back to the kitchen and said he would bring a new one out. He came back to the table and brought back the exact same sliced into pork chop that was at our table the first time. I’m pretty sure that is a health violation to begin with anyway and then says that he looked it up on google and the FDA says you can’t get the food poisoning bacteria from pork anymore because they are more careful about what the pigs are being fed and they aren’t being fed their own feces anymore so you can eat them raw and not get food poisoning. Beware of this location and this manager Jim who does not care about the safety and well being of his customers. I hope the health department checks into this situation.

TR is one of my favorite places to go. This location was clean, food was good, and service was good. I had one issue but my server made sure it was corrected. Will definitely visit again during my stay in Knoxville.

I tried the ribs and the appetizers combo plate. The potato skins, fried pickles and boneless chicken wings were good. The warm bread basket was awesome. Not impressed by the ribs. They are advertised as “falling off the bone” and they sure were. But they had no texture or bite at all, need little firmness. Smothered in bbq sauce i could not get much if the actual meat flavor other than taste of liquid smoke. The steak potatoes looked like have been sitting under the warmer for a while. The service was excellent, the young waitress was very friendly and checked on the table often. I wish i did not see an employee cleaning the tables using the same rag and spray he was using to wipe the tables with to clean the neck of the steak sauce bottle and ketchup on the table. I know minor stuff but could not give 5 star

There was no wait! Of course it was Sunday evening. The atmosphere was fun and calm. Our waiter was amazing! He even gave us a suggestion with the rolls and butter. Just ask for a cup of brown sugar….oh it’s divine! He checked on us every 3-5 minutes which was wonderful. Steak could have used a little more seasoning. My husband never uses A1 sauce and he did. He did say if you use the same seasoning on your steaks as you do the shrimp then the steaks would be ON FIRE…(great)

We’ve been to Texas Roadhouse’s all across this great country for about 20 years now… This was by far the worst experience…. Ever… Warm beer and sleep multiple times for cold mugs and the wrong size was brought out for the end of a beer and then the next round back to the old used warm glasses… Service was horrible, took forever to get to us, then didn’t bring the water for a while, brought out 2 appetizers before the salads ordered at the same time… We’ll never be back to this location…. Then they brought us in after our buzzer went off, first told 35-45 and it was an hour, then they tell us to wait as the table isn’t clean, wait a few minutes and then they call us over and go over and the busser just started to clean the table and they were only seating in the bar area so my 2 young kids my wife and I are just standing in the bar area in the way of people walking by and trying to watch TV…. Then after another few minutes they said sit down and the hostess notices the seats weren’t cleaned so she cleaned them… The hostess was by far the best service we received this tr trip

We love TR but unfortunately this trip was less than mediocre. We brought my son here for his birthday and had a total of 8 adults and 2 small children. We called ahead for seating and was told when we arrived it would be about 15 minutes. The wait was quite a bit longer than that and when we were taken to the table they had actually split us up into 2 booths across from each other. We had to practically yell at each other just to talk because of all the noise. They sat another party of 8 directly behind us with an extension but we were not offered the extension. We specifically asked if we all could sit together prior to them being seated and we were told there were no open tables and the wait would be a lot longer. We had to ask for the rolls and when we got our food it was cold. The waitress couldn’t hear my daughter and she had to repeat herself 3 times. We told the waitress it was his birthday and wanted them to wish him a happy birthday like they did with several parties already seated but that never happened. I was extremely disappointed and I felt like it put a damper on my son’s special day. I don’t think we’ll be coming back to this location.

Went with my daughter to eat here before a movie, sat down and server was prompt to the table but getting the food to the table was incredibly long and when it did arrive the steaks were over cooked and when I mentioned this to the server all he did was shrug and says oh well and walked off. Drink refills were long and was just thankful to be able to pay at the table. All in all I doubt I will return here.

I love Texas Roadhouse. The food was great. My steak was cooked to perfection, and I had my fill so much so I could not eat the loaded sweet potato that is second to none. Service is awesome, and my cup never hit halfway. This restaurant is in my top 5 favorites and is worth the long drive to it.

Me and my family are here,the food was amazing! The steak and shrimp with salad and loaded baked potato! Appetizers were the rattlesnake bites,fried pickles were delicious!! I will definitely be coming back very soon! Very clean,the best service ever!! Love this restaurant!! This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at!!
