Immediately seated when we got there and it went downhill from there. They were starting to get busy, but not overly so. We never had a server come by our immediate table, but a manager stopped by long enough to ask if a server had been by. We advised not yet. She said she would get someone there in just a moment, but never even offered to take our drink order. We waited another 15 minutes and finally gave up and left. Literally every table adjoining us had a server working it, so clearly one of them should have been our server. They almost went out of their way to avoid eye contact with us when at the other tables. We both worked in restaurants for years and understand you can get in the weeds, but this was unacceptable. Left without an acknowledgement from anyone and only a roll and handful of peanuts. Very likely not going back to this location. Failure on all front of house involvement from management down. I expected better…

ONLY reason I gave 4 stars for service is because they were SLAMMED! Waitress was great. But over worked I feel. Heck, must have been 4-5 birthdays while we were there. Food was great as always. Pay attention to your receipt if you use a coupon. Not human error. They scanned our free app tickets. Separate tabs, only took one off. But staff was friendly AF and worked to make us happy. Steaks are DIVINE! 100% chance we are going back as being bros and loving steak and beer!!! Get the blossom app! Crazy good!!

We eat here fairly often and enjoy the variety of options on their menu. Recently they have finished some remodeling and it looks nice. We are used to good food and good service at this location. Their manager comes by and checks on things and we like that.

The host was a little short with us I felt like she could’ve greeted us instead of just telling us to get in the back of the line. Great service by our server Aiden. The steak was very flavorful the mashed potatoes were terrible and I had the loaded mashed potatoes there were more toppings than potatoes the potatoes were watery. I was kinda uncomfortable that our server and other servers were sitting at the table behind us the whole time though she was handy to have close by but it was less private I felt like I was in the break room. The other servers were nice as we left and told us thank you and goodbye.

We had a great dinner here with my mother in law and niece. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service was prompt and attentive. The waitress explained some menu questions we had. Steak was cooked how I ordered it and was melt in your mouth tender.

We called at 6:50 pm on a Saturday evening to be placed on the waiting list. We had a party of 12 and knew we my have to wait on a table. The person on the phone said I would receive a text message. I did and it stated a 15-25 minute wait. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:10, sent text here as requested. At 8:20 we were seated and ordered our food. AT 9:30 WE GOT OUR SALADS! When we ask management about this issue, we were told the system had went down. There were tables that came in after us, ate and left before we received our salads, moreless meals. Poor management! Cold food!

Worst one I’ve been to in a long time. 2 Cold steaks brought out for a party of 8. Like they had been sitting waiting too long for others to be ready. Mashed potatoes were room temp. Ribs were ice cold in the middle from another plate. Like they microwave them and forgot to this time. Server was nice, but that’s about it for service. Atmosphere was about like any other TR. Cost me 186 for the meal. Had maybe 2 good plates out of 8.

Server was very slow. Was busy looking and talking to her other co-workers. We only got one refill of drinks. One basket of rolls so we each got one roll. Never offered us anymore. Asked twice could she please get our more drinks. She never came back so we gave them our drinks so they wouldn’t be thirsty. 1 hour and a half later we asked for our food to be put into to go boxes. A random man came and tried to put plates on the table and the server caught it and said no they was supposed to be changed to go in boxes. 20 mins pass to get into new boxes and brought out. My daughter’s kid tenders was overcooked and the size of a quarter. She got 3 of them. And about 12 fries. My medium/rare steak is extremely tough. My husband’s chicken fried chicken is disgusting the old oil flavor is overwhelming. There was also a kid in pajamas in the kitchen touching people’s food as it came out to be plated. It was a horrible experience and paid 100 dollars for it. Our “splurge” to celebrate kids going back to school was completely ruined.
