We had a party of ten for our daughters birthday. We were sat and our server was Lisa. Food came fast, was over all great, but that was nothing compared to our service. Our waitress was on top of things. Brought our drinks out without having to ask for refills. Checked on us regularly. Made sure everything was as we ordered (which it was). Very friendly. People go out for dinner for many reasons. It’s hard to find good food, clean environment, and great service all in one but we found it. We have been to this Texas Roadhouse many times but we are writing a review simply because our server was the best! This is how service should be. We are thankful for Lisa’s hard work and dedication to making our whole family have an enjoyable time 🙂

This was a great experience. Now before the managers and severs were great. Today it was astounding. Above and beyond. After I received a bad experience at derby city gaming. Of discrimination and harassment. I came on and and they made me comfortable at TRH. I really appreciated that. This is by far my favorite Texas Roadhouse. The servers are always nice, very sweet, and timely. They’re very accommodating, I’m temporarily disabled and they made sure my seat was comfy and I wasn’t stuck in the booth, they got me a chair for the end of the table. They keep your glasses filled. Bartenders are on point!!! The keylime margaritas are great! I love the bartenders; They know what they’re doing! I couldn’t make up my mind on my steak and explained between medium and medium well. The chefs got it perfectly! I love y’all! Every celebration or life trial, I come here for comfort food and am never disappointed. Thank you all so much.

Me and my girlfriend are foodies. Always have and always will be. And we frequent this location often because we live up the road. Food and service is always fantastic. However this Dinner was by far the best I’ve had there. Our Waitress P❤️ was top notch. The BBQ chicken and ribs were just cooked 100% perfect. Most of the time they are good. This time they were phenomenal. And whoever was behind the bar made one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had. Best one I’ve had there for sure, perfect ratios to make it just right. Every experience has been good. But this one was so good it warranted a review. Thanks for excellent service.
