I have yet to go into my local Texas Roadhouse and be disappointed in anyway, shape, or form. The food is prepared as ordered (Yeah, that prime rib was epic!), waitresses and waiters are always on top of drink refills and friendliness. Clean, exciting, energetic environment with great food and service.

Had a large party (21) waited over an hr to be seated. This was on a Wednesday night place was half empty. Everytime we ask the host how much longer we was told a few more minutes. Then we was told they was waiting on staff to come in, just to be seated in an area that was empty in front of us, and the waitresses had been on shift for a while. Host was to busy chatting with coworkers and playing on phone, to do her job. After this experience, we’ll take our business elsewhere.

We had a large group about 35-40 and we called ahead to see if they could accommodate us. They said they could. They sat us all in one room together but only gave us one waitress for the whole party. The waitress was great but there was no way she could take all those orders and pass them all out or keep them straight. She did her best but they should not have put all that work on one young person. We were there 3 hours for dinner.

Good choice to stop while driving thru Kentucky. Best steaks, cooked to perfection and served by the sweetest waitress named Angela. Although the restaurant was full the entire dinner was perfectly timed. They have about 20 tv monitors with plenty of viewing choices.
