Elyria Texas Roadhouse opens earlier on the weekends and after 3 pm on weekdays! Of course, dinner is a must do…but it’s a great place for lunch too! Choose your steak and you won’t be disappointed. The Herb Crusted Chicken breast meal was so juicy and delicious that I didn’t miss trying the Ribeye this time. Great ambiance inside…some construction is happening on one side of the exterior…but nothing but great food inside!

TR is our go to if we want a good steak at a fair price. Food is always cooked well and seasoned. Their rolls of course are delicious. Do yourself a favor and get the peppercorn gravy to put on your baked potato or dip your fries in. So good!!

Place must be under new management….for years this place was a go to for good food, engaging staff and those amazing rolls with cinnamon butter. Not any more. After swearing them off on 2 previous botched to go order we tried again. Burnt, undersized rolls (see photos) and disgust from staff when we called them on it. I know it’s one of the last places in dying Elyria to have a sit down meal but I’d sooner have McDonalds at this point. Sad really.

My server was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I asked her opinion about a few items, and she answered honestly, which led me to have an excellent meal. I could have cut my steak, the 16 oz sirloin, with a butter knife, and it practically melted in my mouth. I ordered corn and green beans as my 2 sides. They were hot but not mushy, and the green beans were seasoned well. Last but not least, let’s talk about their rolls with that awesome butter. I have to be careful that I don’t fill up on the bread. Excellent meal!

I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel when I first walked in because everyone at the hostess stand looked at us like we were bothering them. But after that I will have to say everything was amazing. Our waitress was so kind and fun to talk with. Definitely had to give her a bigger tip because she gave great suggestions and she was just overall wonderful and attentive. The food at this location was probably the best that I’ve had it any Texas Roadhouse. The appetizer came out quickly and tasted delicious. The steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered. Even though it’s a little out of our way this may be the location we make it a point to come to.

We went on a Friday night and it was packed! We signed in online and it said 15 to 25 min wait but we only waited about 10 min. I ordered the 12oz strip w/loaded mashed potatoes and steam broccoli, he got prime rib and loaded baked potato and broccoli. The food was excellent and it came out pretty fast considering how busy they were. Our server was really sweet and really attentive she kept our glasses refilled picked up our dirty plates and kept checking on us. Our servers name is pate i think, that is what the tag said. Over all very happy customers

Your typical Texas Roadhouse experience, sans peanuts. (When did they get rid of the peanuts?!) The outside decor was under construction, but the wait time on a Friday night at dinner rush being only 20~ minutes made up for the lack of outdoor vegetation and no peanuts.

Very disappointed in this location. Steaks were very thin, asked for one cooked rare, the other medium. Both were well done. The burger was very salty. We did get a discount since the food wasn’t right. Won’t return to this one next time we’re in the area
