Not quite a “fine dining” experience, yet the environment is cozy and a bit backwoods. They have quality steak and a consistently great experience. Plenty of simple options for kids and good beers and steaks for the adults. There’s a day for peanuts where you can just eat the nuts and dump the shells on the ground. Pick your cut of steak as soon as you enter the building. The staff is friendly and generally quick and attentive. They have some of the best rolls with cinnamon butter.

The servers were really friendly and attentive. It seemed a little bigger than the 2 Texas Roadhouses that we normally visit. The staff line danced through the restaurant twice while we were there which was fun. We don’t visit Niles often and were pleasantly surprised with how many things are connected by the same set of parking lots. We would absolutely visit this location again.

Atmosphere is very nice. Service and our waitress was among the best I’ve ever had. The deep fried pickles we’re exceptionally salty. My mushroom Jack chicken sandwich was delicious. Caesar salad was excellent. My wife loved her meal as well. It was my first visit there, will definitely go back. The buns they give you when you sit down with the dip or out of this world.

Seated as soon as we walked in, the restaurant was not busy at all. Waited 15 minutes without seeing our waitress once, and other tables seemed to have the same issue as the family that walked to the front ahead of us requested a new waitress as they hadn’t been greeted after 20 minutes. Don’t worry they made sure to do the Line Dance. We finally walked out. Great food, but if you have Cora F. as your waitress, it’s a good idea to request a change.

Food was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The service was great, never had to ask for a drink despite being busy. Only con I can think of was the music was a bit too loud to hold conversation without shouting or leaning in to hear. Otherwise the restaurant appeared clean and organized.

Ordered the steak and ribs like before. The lady sat our food down, said enjoy your meal and literally didn’t stop walking, she was about 10 feet away when I said where’s my ribs. She just turned and without a word kept walking. Half way through the meal the ribs showed up. Steak was ordered medium, it was raw at best, not even warm in the middle and pink/red. If we would have seen our waitress then maybe I could have actually had it cooked. As we were getting ready to go, my work partner said he never did get his steak fries. Finally the waitress came around after we were totally done. He told her about the missing fries and she said they are probably still sitting in the window and she would get them to go. He tried to explain that we were heading to the airport to fly home and would not need them. A decent restaurant would have credited the fries at least. Worst part is they weren’t even busy.

Our food took forever- was not right when we got it- they just substituted my daughter’s mashed potatoes for a baked potato without asking. They did not bring the kids meal til well after the adult meals so we had to share our food to keep the 2 year old happy. They also made substitutions to the kids meal without asking. Very rarely saw our waitress, another waitress rebuked us for discussing how long the wait was with the only other folks left in our section who were frustrated as well. Manager did take my steak off the bill after it was cooked incorrectly twice but no apologies from anyone and my bill was still well over 100$ for 4 adults a 2 year old and a long miserable experience overall. We were there to celebrate a birthday and it was definitely not celebratory.

Very excellent place to eat. Food prices are a little high, but well worth it. Our server was kind, curtious. The atmosphere was upbeat. Would recommend this place any time.. UPDATE!!!! Our waitress is rude, table was not clean, when asked if they could clean it, she said that all the tables were that way, I said you can see the butter smeared and it has something sticky on it, she was not happy about cleaning our table. This was my wife and I anniversary, this place was a thousand times better the last time we were here. The music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation across your own table. If this is how this place is going to be, I will drop my rating to a one star…

Our server Daniel was phenomenal he was the best server we have had, and we have been here several times!! He was very attentive and we never were without anything! Our New York Strip was phenomenal, but the service was the real highlight.

We love Texas Roadhouse and it’s our go to for a nice steak when we are in the area, however this time we waited a long time and my husband’s steak was well done instead of medium. My filet was perfect. My husband did get an offer to remake his steak, but we declined since we were on a time crunch. I figured they would compensate with a percentage off his meal, or even a dessert, but it was not offered. Our bill with drinks was around 90.00 and we tipped our normal 22 percent. We will be back, but for future reference, when food is wrong, they should offer another alternative than waiting another 40 minutes in hopes it’s done right the second time.
