I cannot rave enough about the experience we had here at Texas Roadhouse. There was no wait to be seated after we were seated. Our server was with us in a very timely manner. Fresh rolls were kept stocked at our table throughout our whole stay, our meals came out just as ordered our steaks (I ordered medium well, and my partner ordered medium rare) were the perfect amount of crispy and juicy, All of the sides were delicious and our server kept our drinks refilled. I was honestly expecting the bill to be higher than it was, so that was a delight also. The atmosphere was great. There were people laughing and conversating all around us, everyone was very friendly. We had never been to this specific location before and the server was extremely helpful and pointing us to the location of the restrooms and recommending items for us. Highly recommend!!

Went on a Saturday about 4:30-5:00 very busy there was a 15-20 minute wait, love how you get a text when it’s your turn. Not bad considering it’s a busy weekend. Food was fabulous especially the meats (very tender and juicy) steak and chicken. Staff were excellent can’t say enough good things. Would definitely go again! Only thing I didn’t care for were the loaded fries the actual fries were kinda dry and stiff. I thought the cheese would be creamy, it was hard and chewy in a clump not complaining just wouldn’t order that again. The rolls, salad, and onion blossom A+

I had the Prine Rib, which was great as always. My wife had the Country Fried Chicken, which was hot, fresh, and delicious. One small inconvenience was when we were seated, they left a basket with 3 rolls in it for a party of 6 (maybe we should have played rock, paper, scissors) of course they gladly bought more to the table when we asked for them. There were several birthdays in our section, so it was really loud and the reason for the atmosphere score. Our server was very friendly and did a fantastic job keeping up with everything, including my drinks, which is a hard task in itself for most at any restaurant. If you like the peanuts, they have them in bags all you have to do is ask.

I’ve really tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt… I now give up. I use to get the ribs, they were coming out burnt & dry. So I tried the pulled pork today, it was horrible. Another dinner in the trash & 20.00. I was led to believe it was lean white meat, it was dry, fatty dark meat. Not sure what’s happening with this place in the past few months. You use to be able to count on a good meal… I’m being generous with TWO stars.

I expected the same quality food as the Canton, Ohio location. We ate in Ontario, Ohio.. Although the steak was cooked to med rare, the outside was burnt. I don’t like excessive salt and seasoning, but this was lacking for even my taste. All I could taste was the burnt outside.

We hit the early bird. Wife had the 11.99 steak and me the 3 piece catfish. The green beans reminded me of good southern greens. Great server, fast service, food was excellent!! Plus the table game is a plus!!

We are frequently at this location for dinner and lunch at times and normally a very pleasant experience, until today we decided to to get Togo orders for a second time, first time they didn’t give us everything and we had to go back in twice and still wasn’t ready on time for pickup. Then today our second time, the whole order was wrong, and waited for a whole hour longer then we should have. And still had to go back multiple times to get them to correct the order and they didn’t have a very good attitude from the start… Normally we don’t complain but the last few times our service and food has not been very good at all.. very disappointing for the money spent.
