Quick service, decent food for a decent price. And usually not too bad even when it’s crowded. I got the sirloin and chicken meal and while it wasn’t the best steak I’ve ever had it was decent enough where I didn’t have to spend a large amount.

Yesterday the food was bad… my husband and I normally don’t eat here, so we picked here that day. I ordered a coffee and husband order a coke. We had a blooming onion the bottom of the bowl the onion sat In was full of grease. Really full. I ordered killer ribs with steak fries, it was also horrible the rib was greasy which I couldn’t understand since the rib tasted like it was boiled steak fries was also nasty. We sat there for 30 minutes or more the waitress brought my husband a fresh coke I couldn’t even tell her I would have liked more coffee she walked off so fast. Sitting there 30 minutes even if there was some coffee in my cup it would have been cold by then. We didn’t see her for the remainder of our stay. We had to ask another waiter for a to go box.. it was a bad experience for me.

Had my birthday dinner there with a few friends very surprised there birthday greeting was great to me! And they were fabulous! And of all days went to rest room before leaving dropped my keys and and got my lift a friend went back to check they had retrieved them from an honest customer and gave them and too him andsaved me calling a locksmith to get in my apartment! And gave him extra peanuts too! VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! AUG 7TH! WILL BE THERE AGAIN! THANKS SO MUCH!

Today is Father’s Day and I used the waitlist option when we left the house 12:30pm. The waitlist time was predicted at 30-45 minutes so we texted when we got to the place and waited another 5 minutes to be called in. I was surprised how easy the process was. We were seated and given their famous rolls and Cinnamon butter. The server was nice and friendly. I felt like I needed a drink of water before it actually came but then our adult beverages came after that. The food was good as always. We got some boxes to go and I had to have the check corrected (we were charged for the kids drinks that should have been included). Overall a very nice trip with good service and good food. I wish it was a place we could afford more often than 2-3 a year. They need to Amp their VIP club with some more perks than just a free app on your birthday!

We’ve ordered takeout from them several times. Always a nightmare. Generally the food is not hot. When you get it. It sits there and they tell you it’s not ready… No text message. You go in and have to wait in a extremely long line just to see if your food is there. If you’re missing anything, expect to stand there for a good 20 minutes. Just pick my food up a second ago and took a bite in the car. It’s cold. However, I’ve eaten in the restaurant a couple of times and had pretty good service.

Our experience was outstanding! Brittany went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our dinner. You could not have asked for a better waitress! She refilled drinks, brought extra rolls ect…and checked to see if we needed anything else several times. All of this with a pleasant smile. The salads were fresh and the entire meal did not disappoint!

So me and the hubby decided to step out and grab some appetizers and drinks.. I’m so glad he decided to go here! The service given by our hostess with the mostess was awesome! Sharon was a true blessing to us..Not only did she restore our faith in customer service & hospitality but she also restored our faith in mankind. She shared some of her story with us (which if you wanna know what she said, you’ll just have to go visit and ask for Sharon) but my grandma always taught us kids to never ask a lady her age so when she told us her age.. we were both amazed not only because of the way she looks (must be the rattlesnake bites that keeps her young ) but also her vigor and just her overwhelming warmth & her attitude on life! The food was good but the service is what will keep us coming back here for sure!

My server Xitravion was the bomb dot com. This amazing man went above and beyond for us today. He was kind and very efficient. I am so glad he was our server. Our food was good but sort of OK compared to his awesome service. I hope he stays there cause he is awesome and ill request his section next time i go. Every restaurant could benefit from having an Xitravion on there team. PS them green beans taste like somebody Grandma back there making them 10 out of 10 recommend
