The food was disappointing. Baked potato was not hot, only warm. Green beans are ordinary. The chicken was hot and crispy; very good. Gravy tasted like it was made from a bullion base. I was looking forward to a small steak, but it was priced way too high.

Initially we were seated at a rather uncomfortable booth. We moved to a more accommodating one just a booth over. We sat for a few before a waitress came over. She apologized for the delay and let us know we had been seated in a section that had been closed. However she told us we need not worry as she would be taking care of us. Let me state now that she was terrific and her tip reflected that.

When I first walked in I asked the hostess could I wash my hands before I was seated and she told me to be seated then go. I was alone so why would I leave food unattended at the table to wash my hands. The waitress was attentive and answered all my questions.

The very first time I came to Texas Roadhouse, I hated the food and I have not been back for maybe 15 years. My daughter talked me into giving it another chance and I’m glad that I did. The food is great, the staff are great and the atmosphere is great. I had a Ft. Worth Ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. For dessert I had a slice of Apple pie, took me two days to eat it, but it was very good. My daughter wants to have her birthday party here.

We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival with a party of 5, even though they were busy. Our waitress, Leteshia S. was phenomenal. She joined our joking, even giving my Dad a comeback he hadn’t heard before. She kept the drinks filled, the food was brought out hot, fast, and correct. The manager stopped by the table to check on our experience as well. It was definitely a first-rate experience, and I’ll be happy to return to that location again.

The food was delicious. Although we had to ask several times for the bread/buns. Everything else was great . I had the Salmon and my friend had the Ribeye. It was perfect and a nice size portion!! I highly recommend this restaurant!! But they’re so busy, be prepared for at least a 30 minute wait. But well worth the wait

My husband and I were there last night and while eating our food, we noticed something on our feet. It was rat walking across me and my husbands feet. Absolutely disgusting. The server was very nice I don’t remember her name, but the food took an extra 40 minutes when we honestly just wanted to leave and not cause a scene. I would not recommend going to this location.

I want to start by saying the service was great. Our server and the manager were very friendly, and the server seemed to be attentive for the most part. The downside, though, was the quality of food. I ordered a salmon with sides of a caesar salad (dressing on the side) and seasoned rice. The salad appeared to be good, until I found a dead fly in it (photo attached). If I hadn’t put the dressing on the side, I more than likely wouldn’t have seen it. The rest of the meal was good, however my appetite was off from seeing a dead fly in my first dish. I assumed my meal would be comped, however it was discounted the price of a side (2.99) plus 1.00, which is still better than nothing. Again, service was great and the other food items were decent too, the fly just threw me off.
