We have been here twice since they opened. Both times were excellent! Impeccably cooked steaks, fast and reasonably priced service. The potato skins are killer! I have tried two of the teas and they were both delicious. Our waitresses were absolutely wonderful, and checked on us frequently.

Food was Great, But I called ahead to have them sing Happy Anniversary to my friends celebrating 61 years of marriage. Not only did I call the night before, the day of and even 10 minutes before being sitted. I was told repeatedly that I should tell my server. Why would I do that in front of my guests when I want it as a surprise, that’s why I’m telling the hostess and a manager 10 minutes ahead of time, so you can give my server a message. Needless to say there was No Simging! Very Upsetting!!!!

Hostes sat me at a high top in the bar area. Said it was open seating. I sat there for 24 minutes before a waiter walked past. I flagged him down and asked who my server was and was told no one, that .y section was closed. I explained that I was told to sit there and that when I sat down there was a table for three next to me.

I feel like texas roadhouse food is always great, no matter which restaurant u go to. The lady that I had as a server was very nice and intuitive, she just needed more knowledge on some items they have on their menu…for instance, I asked for unsweetened iced tea and asked if they had any flavored versions of that and she said peach and raspberry, so I reiterated, unsweetened? She said yes so I was pleased. I get the raspberry tea and to my surprise it tasted great! Too great lol. I knew this had to have syrup added to it. So I asked her if they put pumps of syrup in it for the flavoring and she said yes, I chuckled and told her I’m sorry but that syrup is not sugar free. She apologized and got me a regular unsweetened tea right away. When she brought it out, she thought ahead and got me regular butter without the cinnamon sugar in it and I was surprised that she went the extra mile and and brought me sugar free butter without me asking. I thought that was really intuitive of her. I can’t for the life of me remember her name but keep up the great work!

Never a bad food experience here!!! Excellent service 99.9% of the time! My husband always orders a steak, and out of all the years we’ve been coming here, I think maybe once or twice it was undercooked. I love the pork chops with the peppercorn gravy, and the bbq pulled pork is also a family favorite!

Ryan the bartender was fantastic. He got me taken care of in plenty of time to get back to work from my lunch hour. He was engaging with everyone seated in the bar area. He was pretty bust but handled it very professionally. I am limited to an hour for lunch so it’s very important that I am able to feel relaxed and able to eat within a short time. Thank you!

Only my steak was hot. Everything else was luke warm, except my mushrooms. They were cold. I have no plans to go back anytime soon, if ever. My bartender/ server Jake, was very nice, and efficient. I paid, before they could give me a discount. It’s not why I told them, to get money off.

My family and I , was here for the first time tonight . I am not big on steak but my husband and daughter is so we wanted to give it a try . The rolls were cold to start with and when I asked for regular butter I was brought frozen butter. I ordered the onion appetizer ( simular to a blooming onion from outback ) and asked for ranch instead of the sauce that came with it . The waiter didn’t bring our drinks for 15 minutes and brought my onion with the sauce I didn’t want spilled all over the inside the middle has always been my favorite and I didn’t even get more then 2 bites out of the whole thing. My family ordered meals as I was still looking over the menu and truthfully upset they would not replace my appetizer and my daughters food ( 45 minutes later ) came back burnt AND cold like what ?!? I asked if I could eat her meal as in I would pay for it and eat it and order her chicken . The waiter then comes back a minute later and just takes my food as I was eating he said his manager said he has to I can not pay or eat it since it was supposed to be for her. Was not once asked if we needed a refill even though I asked for my son to have a refill when they brought the food. Just to top it off trying to pay just to get out of there nobody would cash us out ” it had to be our waiter ” 15 minutes later my husband just snapped and a Manger rude as hell took our money . We passed the waiter on our way out and he said have a good night guys did you leave me a tip .. we will never eat here again ! Worst restaurant experience by far !!!

We loved all our food, I ordered steak and shrimp and it was delicious better then what I got at outback steak which is surprising but hey taste don’t lie got me a mixed drink with a shooter and tasted great. Only waited maybe 1 minute before getting seated we got the willy nelson table . Even my boyfriend had not 1 complaint. Our waitress was great and didn’t have to wait long on our food even tho the place was packed with just a few tables open. If you in the mood for steak and shrimp this is the place, I always get extra well done ( I can’t eat if it’s pink, just turns my stomach) but didn’t send nothing back it was perfect. Can’t wait to get back for that shrimp and steak if ur ready this and wondering if u should go or give it another try, I hope you have the service and food experience we did. Thanks

We got serloin steak and cactus blossom. My daughter’s steak was so rare she couldn’t chew it. They heated it and that of course made it tougher. But, they did bring her a grilled chicken breast she liked and was cooked good. My steak and my husband’s were good. The cactus blossom was so-so, not as good as the other Texas roadhouses I’ve ate at though. Server and staff were very nice and took my daughters meal off the bill.
