What a great place to eat. Fun, packed, family atmosphere. Nice soft, hot rolls served with cinnamon butter. Enjoyed a bone in ribeye with broccoli and mashed potatoes with brown gravy, while Lisa ordered the shrimp. It was delicious. The service was great. We’ll be back soon. Love the Eastside.

If you like floors covered in pee puddles, tissue paper everywhere, and if you like swastikas i think i found the perfect spot for you, whats more American. The food was okay, its a touch loud depending when you come but prices were as i expected. The workers were great very helpful and came to the table often and got our drink refills quickly.

This is the second time having bad service. The first time, we waited for almost two hours and two different times the waitress never put in our order, and then the cooks never made our food. So the manager gave us a couple of special coupons for our horrible experience. So tonight, for our Anniversary we decided to use those coupons. We thought on a Tuesday night the wait staff will be more attentive to their customers. It was a little better, but we still didn’t get good service. I had to go get our rolls, the appetizer and salad came out at the same time, and our food came a couple of minutes later. At least we got food this time, but my son never got his dipping sauce without asking for it, his steak was cooked wrong, I had to ask a different waitress to get my wife her vegetables she was supposed get with her meal. For the amount of money you pay at Texas Road House, you should get way better service. I have been to a few different Texas Roadhouse restaurants, and the one on the east side of Madison is by far the worst. I didn’t call the part owner that the manager last time told us to call to complain, but I probably should have. There have been many other birthday dinners and nights out recently that have left us going to different restaurants after Texas Road House was rude and irritating. I used to love going there, but not anymore.

We order To-Go from here a lot of the time because who really has time to go in and wait, when most of us are ready to go home after a hard day at work, and well Ashley&Grace make it all worth while to get it to go, as they always make sure we have everything we need and just how we like it. As they both have such a pleasant spirit that it really makes the experience well worth it. I can’t thank both of them enough for making sure we are always more than taken care of. Thanks so much Ladies as we appreciate your hard work, in which I do have to say if it was not for them actually caring we would have went home with the wrong order a few times. But they where both on it so no wrong food.

On July 3, we ate at this location. We had a new waitress that was very polite but definitely struggling. We were patient, even after our shrimp appetizer was delivered to our table when we were done with the main course. We then purchased a $25 gift card (she needed help to process). Yesterday, my brother went to the same location to use the card. He was told it was never activated and couldn’t use it. It was a gift to him and I’m so disappointed. The manager would not help. I tried calling but nobody answers.

Texas Roadhouse is a fantastic restaurant that offers a great dining experience. The food is always delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The portions are generous, so you’ll definitely get your money’s worth. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. One thing to note is that the restaurant can be quite busy, so it’s best to make a reservation if you’re planning to go during peak hours. However, the wait is usually worth it, as the food and service are both excellent. There were seven in our party;. The waiter took our drink and appetizer order and brought them very efficiently. He took our orders and it took a while, understandable as it was very busy. Eventually, a server brought four dinners, well-plated. She went back, we expected to get out last three plates. After 20 min or more we asked Chris ,(our excellent waiter) about it, and he was surprised and very apologetic, and he hurried off. After perhaps another 20 min. an apologetic server brought our three missing meals. Two had to be sent back, as they were lukewarm. My meal was barely warm but my fries were tepid. All in all, a price adjustment was made (20 per cent off total bill). Very unsatisfactory. Note:. Our waiter Chris was efficient, attentive and personable, clearly unhappy with his colleagues. He is excellent and none of our dissatisfaction was related to him in any way. We’re not likely to go back, but might go somewhere we knew Chris was working.
