The place was just packed, with a long line, but our group of six was seated very quickly. Our waiter was excellent and attentive. We had a funny mishap. One of us ordered coffee and realized (after it was served) that it was hot black tea. The waiter was astonished, quickly replaced the beverage, and kept us rolling with laughter as he updated us on the search for the person who put tea in the coffee machine.

Not impressed with our to go order this evening. Not only did we wait nearly 20 minutes passed the promised time, one of the meals looked like someone’s leftovers. We ordered chicken tenders with mac and cheese, did not order corn or fries…yet we got both in the box. We also only got 2 rolls. Thank goodness we had ordered 6 extra because the 2 we received was not enough for 3 people. Overall not great.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We got there at 7:30, with a 20-25 minute wait. 45 minutes later we go check and they “lost” our place. Waited another 10 minutes. We get seated and sit on a wet booth. We placed our orders at 8:35, and told the waiter about our seats and he never did anything to help. Around 9 our Waiter comes out and says we don’t have a side. He didn’t get our food till us till 9:15. Completely messed up our orders- gave 4/6 of us the wrong sides – forgot the mushroom and onion on one of our steaks. We had expressly asked for a gluten free menu and gluten free steak. They brought out a steak for my wife that was not gluten free clean. They FINALLY brought out a gluten free steak at 9:45 PM. This was also all supposed to be for a birthday for my mother-in-law. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at a Texas Roadhouse in my life. After 2+ hour wait while everyone else in the restaurant had left, the “manager” Tyler offered to take her steak off. Absolutely incompetent staff from top to bottom. Absolutely not worth coming here. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We usually have really good experiences here, but tonight was not the case. We waited over an hour for our food. People around us were coming and going nonstop, and our waitress didn’t come and check on us. I’m assuming she forgot about us. We waited for so long that when our food did finally come, we asked for to-go boxes. The waitress wasn’t apologetic at all. I understand people make mistakes, but customer service goes a really long way.

Normally the steaks are cut and cooked perfectly. However last night was not the case. The entire steak was surrounded by a 1 inch piece of fat. After removing the fat my 8 oz strip lost about 2 ounces.

This was our first time sitting at the bar and the gals serving at the bar were lovely. They were fast and helpful. My margarita was very good And the food was excellent. My smothered chicken was wonderful and my husband had no complaints regarding is steak. It was a lovely evening out of a great date night and I thank you!

We used the mobile checkin – and literally walked in, waited for about 30 seconds, and were sat!! Great system! My wife and I were having a late anniversary meal – anniversary is in May – better late than never! Our waitress- Allison was amazing! Cheery disposition, polite, kind, and attentive! For being busy, we felt like she would pop around at just the right time!

First off, they seated another person named Dave, which was supposed to be us. Then realized the mistake and seated us right after. Got our drinks and placed our order. Must have sat there for 45 minutes to an hour till we got our meal. The waiter came and said he had talked to the manager about the delay. We got our food quickly then, but my husband’s rice and potato was cold. My steak was sorta lukewarm. We just ate it but told them when they asked later. They did give us a discount on our bill, but not happy about the meal, after waiting for an hour to be seated! The waiter wad fine. None of it was his fault.
