I do love this restaurant chain they have the best service ever and really good food, two things that are curious only last week I happen to eat at the Coeur d’Alene location and I will say that the breading on the chicken and the bread consistency is actually different at both locations they were both very good but just different kind of interesting loved our experience.

Went for work morale building. Wasn’t really hungry, but dined on bread and chicken tenders. The food was prompt and good. One in the party had hair in food. The manager came out and apologized numerous times and remade the food. Overall, it was a good time for lunch. No complaints. They do get crowded, so plan ahead. Military discount available.

Was very enjoyable! Our server/waiter was Sam and he was very pleasant, I can tell he works very hard! Manager was also checking up on guests, she was very polite. The food was good as always, albeit a bit over cooked, but hat’s understandable as it was very busy and almost every table was full. Food was still delicious and we didn’t have to wait long. Overall a great experience and a great place to sit down and relax after a long day of being at Mt. Rushmore!

We got there around 5:15 and the place was packed. We got a table right away but as we were leaving there were tons of people waiting. We ordered a porterhouse to share with 3 sides. The hot buns with cinnamon butter was so good as well. It was all delicious and enough food for 2 people. They had a customer rep go around and ask people how the service and food was. That is a very good idea. Will definitely go there again.

After being sat promptly we waited 10 minutes for a server. They “forgot” they sat us in the section. Waited another 10 minutes for 2 beers and they tried to give our appetizers to the table next to us. The food was cooked to perfection. Our waitress brought the food then immediately showed us how to pay our bill. Felt like we were being rushed. Overall a very poor experience for the price even tho the food was good.
