This was really a great experience overall, book using the app from Google, that told me how much time the wait was going to be, the confirmation text was when stated the countdown on the timer. Showed up and checked in knowing had about 10 minutes to go but, they had the table ready and took us right back. The service was great, with a server that paid very close attention to our needs. The food was all very well prepared and presented. Cook the steak to what I was expecting to get and the whole thing turned out super great! The Kiosk at the table was ideal to finish up on and pay as well. Much less costly than I expected for 2 people..

Love Texas roadhouse. Have loved everything have ever gotten. In our home town. This first time have been to the Arnold st Louis Location so far has not disappointed. I was disappointed the fact that my side dishes where covered in gravy by the time it got toe should ha e put on sperate plate from mine dish and chicken ended up being under cooked.

We got a rib dinner to take home and eat. It was delicious. The only problem that we had was that we were told that they would text me when our order was ready, but we got no text. Since we were parked in the to go pickup spot, a worker came out and asked if we placed an order. So, she was nice enough to go into the restaurant and bring our meal out to us. We appreciated that.

We made our reservation ahead of time, so we didn’t have to wait for a table. Everyone that we ran into greeted us. The waitress was very good and patient with us while we took our time figuring out what we wanted to eat. When the food came it was good and hot. I couldn’t have asked for a better night out. It was a real let down today. Last time I was here I gave it a great review but not this time. First off we were seated where there was no one posted to the seat. After a wait a waitress finally noticed. We ordered and both my wife and I got a steak we wanted well done. They brought us our steak and mine was still bloody. I sent it back of course but by the time it came my wife who is a slow eater was done. To top it off my steak was still not done. I went ahead and excepted it as I did not want to wait any longer. I posted a pic of my steak after i already sent it back. On my date night I had to eat after my wife was done. Very unsatisfied with ArnoldTexas Roadhouse today. You let us down. If that wasn’t enough they forgot one of my sides and I had to ask for it.
