Our trip was on a Saturday afternoon at lunchtime. We were greeted immediately upon entering and seated within a couple of minutes. Our waitress and her trainee appeared almost immediately asking if we knew what we wanted to drink. After answering a couple of questions, they left and returned with our drinks very quickly. They gave us more time to look over the menu and returned within a reasonable amount of time. Again, cheerfully answered our questions regarding foods (we are both diabetic and must be careful) and we placed our orders. Our salads came quickly and we were given ample time to eat them before the rest of our foods arrived. The steak was cooked to perfection for my friend, and the catfish for myself was too. The food was delicious! Though I would suggest draining more of the canned green beans juices off before cooking and adding in the bacon and bacon grease to prevent the yumminess of the bacon taste from being so diluted. The waitresses stopped by our table just often enough to fill our glasses of tea and to drop off the bill. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be coming back!

We originally visited the Wentzville location but they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate and the wait was ridiculous, so we decided to go to new location off Hwy K and Mexico Road. We got in and seated within secs. Our waitress was very prompt, patient, pleasant and upbeat and the food was hot and delicious. We’ll definitely be back!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse today during dinner. My daughter and I ordered Dallas Fillet, with different cooking preferences. However, when our steaks arrived, they were not cooked as we had requested. My steak was rare (I ordered medium) , and my daughter’s rare steak was overcooked, warm in the middle and lacked grill marks. It appeared to have been microwaved.

Stacy was an awesome server. I have a 120lb service dog, and he can be quite intimidating. She was so friendly and welcoming to all of us. She never let our glasses get empty and was quick to accommodate our requests. The food was cooked to perfection, which is hard to find at a reasonable price point for a steak chain restaurant. Texas Roadhouse never disappoints.

Parking at their new store is great that’s all I have good to say about the place on our last visit. My prime rib was terrible they didn’t fool me when they put liquid smoke on the outside of my 16 oz to make it look like it had bark. I didn’t like the smokey flavor it gave to my piece of meat also it was extremely tough Our server was not very good like it was his first day I hate to say something that bad but it was very bad Sunday I will not be going back to that place.

There were too many mistakes with our order to list here. It was very busy tonight, so some mistakes would be understandable. Our Server was great, but we just didn’t want to all send our meals back. We won’t be coming back, which is a shame because our Server, Ashley, was very sociable.

We came here on an incredibly busy night for my partner’s birthday. Our waitress, Regina, was extremely friendly, and helpful. The fact that we got our food so quickly on such a busy night is by itself impressive, not to mention how well Regina took care of us. We always love Roadhouse, and thanks to Regina, we will definitely be back to this one again.

The waitress wasn’t too attentive but I guess she tried. I know a fairly new location so might still be trying to figure things out. Manager on duty was help and courtesy. The food wasn’t what I expected but that usually happens at all locations when I get chicken should’ve just stuck with ribs.
