Big portions on everything here. The side sweet potato was very sweet on its own so choose your toppings accordingly! Steak was fantastic.

I’ve been going to Texas Roadhouse since I was a little girl. It’s always been a birthday tradition in my family. I was excited to pass that down to my 2 year old daughter (but also very nervous because going out to eat is usually very stressful with a toddler). We visited on 8/2 (her birthday) and my expectations were far exceeded. I was actually holding back tears (and it wasn’t just because the margarita was strong!) It’s been a long time since I’ve actually gotten to enjoy myself at a restaurant. Rachel (I believe- my brain is foggy these days) was our server, and she was the reason. You could tell she genuinely loved her job and was so great with my daughter. All she wanted to do was be out of her seat and dancing and Rachel danced and played right along with her. She made sure that I knew she wasn’t in the way or a bother and that meant the world. I don’t ever do reviews, but I had to for this. My daughter, who is very shy, gave Rachel a big hug before we left. We’ll be back and will be requesting her from now on!

Was enjoying a great meal when one of the staff came over and said they have a gas leak in the kitchen and everyone had to go outside. While we didn’t get our main course yet it was a great experience and I applaud the staff for remaining calm through the experience. Will definitely be returning.

I try to get to this location early. It gets pretty busy very quickly during “meal” times. The Texas Roadhouse app helps to get onto their waitlist so I always recommend to use if you have larger parties. The food is decent and the staff I’ve encountered have always been attentive.

Texas Roadhouse isn’t bad for a basic steak. They can generally hit a temp on the first go, and they have fresh cut beef every day.

Very disappointed with this texas roadhouse. Second time I have gone in here and received terrible service. The whole restaurant was being used and there were many available tables. They chose to put us in a corner where a party of 30 retirement home customers were going to be celebrating a birthday. They were loud, screaming back and forth at each others tables. They would get up and walk around so they were right next to our table yelling and talking loudly to each other. It was horrible. Our waitress never came over to refill our drinks or see how the food was. Now I always tip 20% or more if the wait staff was good. She got 10%. I felt bad until I saw why we received bad service. She was sitting at the bar with a group of other young workers joking and having a great time. I then left nothing for her tip. When we were leaving no one asked if we enjoyed ourselves or if the food was good. Nothing. I saw zero actual adults working. There were no employees above 20 that I actually saw. I will not be returning to this texas roadhouse. I may not return to any of them. There are a lot of places to eat. When you spend 100 to 150 just to go out to eat for a group of 3 to 4 people you expect a little better service. The food was excellent as always. Shame the service is going downhill. At least at the wentzville mo one.

ordered a take-out order, which was phenomenal and delicious. However, there was a bug in the half gallon jug we ordered.

We do the to-go fairly often and it’s usually great. This time there are a couple small problems. I understand it was at the end of the night on Saturday. We didn’t get any plastic ware, no napkins. I should have gotten extra sauce on my pulled pork sandwich. It’s pretty dry. But my wife’s killer ribs were excellent. The fried pickles delicious as always.

This place always has a wide variety of good food. The atmosphere is the best. It is so busy in there sometimes it feels like one big party.
