We had a nice dinner for two. The food was great and our server, Garrett, was very friendly. The baked potato and rolls were especially good and the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare like I asked for. Will be coming back soon.

Service was great. No wait to get in (with call ahead). Wife had chicken critters salad that she said was good. I had ribs which were not very good. They were overcooked, dry and burned on the back side, probably the worst ribs I’ve ever had at Texas Roadhouse. Our waiter was great though, he was friendly and attentive.

I’ve traveled all over the United States and I have never seen a Texas Roadhouse this busy. Now I am not a big fan of eating at franchise restaurants. But I decided to place an order for a salad after speaking to someone who said they made really good salads at this particular location. I ended up ordering the house salad for pickup. There was no way I was going to go and sit in there as busy as this place was. I was told my order would be ready within 15 to 20 minutes. Upon my arrival there were people waiting to be seated. This place was packed to the gills and I thought it’ll be forever before my salad is ready. I told the young lady at the door I was there to pick up a salad. She directed me to the pick-up window which was outside. I was able to get my salad within minutes of my arrival. I took the salad back to my hotel room and it was huge everything was fresh and it tasted great. I ended up eating off of this salad that evening and the next night also. The service was really good and the salad ended up costing $14 including tax and tip. If anyone is in search of a pretty good house salad at a decent price you all may want to check Texas Roadhouse out. Just keep in mind this location is busy.

I’ve been to this Texas Roadhouse a few times and typically really enjoy it. I usually order one of the cheaper meals like the 6oz sirloin but on this trip I went all out and ordered the steak & ribs combo. On this trip neither the steak or the ribs were particularly good but it could have been my fatigue from working crazy overtime. Service was spotty as well but this isn’t usually the norm.

Love the atmosphere and the friendly staff. Food selection is great, but I think they could do a better job with quality control. My medium rare NY steak came out pretty well done, and the onion blossom seemed / tasted over-fried.

I generally like this place, but today was an unacceptable experience. I ordered my steak medium sending it back, but kept getting this as a result. The burger my gf got was red as well which is not safe when cooking a burger. Waitress was polite and shared my frustration.

Enjoyed my food until I found a hair in my baked potato. Server promptly removed said potato and offered another. I lost my appetite by then. My sister in Law paid over $140.00 for this meal. I think a meal should have been comped.

Had a great experience. I sat at the bar. My drink was out quick. The rolls were hot and fresh. (Love them, I could have eaten the whole basket) ordered a salad. It was very fresh, large, crispy romaine, just the right amount of dressing. The grilled chicken was flavorful. Service was very good.

The wait wasn’t long, maybe 10 minutes.

The food at Texas Roadhouse is great, however I received a barely warm steak and baked potato last night. My food was sent back and my steak came back hot, but the potato still wasn’t warm enough to melt the cheese.
