This location had delicious food, but the service was just okay. Our food was cooked well the way we enjoyed it. When it came to refills or items needed for our meals, our waitress would stare at us weirdly and forget our request from time to time. Our server never really smiled or made us feel welcomed, but the food was delicious.

Food was ok, I oredered the Chicken Fried Sirloin with Loaded Steak Fries. The Steak was salty and excessively breaded. My wife ordered the Ribs with a baked loaded potato and she said it was a 3 out of 5. My son ordered a New York Strip 8oz medium well and he mention that it was a 4 out of 5. We also ordered fried pickels as appetizer but too salty. Service? Just ok, 3 out of 5….

I love me some Texas Roadhouse however this visit left me questioning my taste in food. I ordered the “All American Cheeseburger.” The patty was very dry. I never get lettuce due to it typically being soggy so I skipped, I don’t do onions, which left the tomatoes. Please see pictures for this. I never get my dang pickle spear that comes with the burger so my sweet husband asked while ordering and we were assured it would be on the plate…of course not on the plate. It’s just disappointing due to the fact that the cost of things are so high. The best thing about my meal were the fries. What happened to the peanuts?

Very well service for my 1st time visiting TRH. Rolls are so warm and hot served fresh with a butter that has like a sweet cinnamon taste. The booths are comfortable even for us plus size folks some are really tight but this one had room. The server Cristy was very polite and attentive to my family. Also Meghan with an H was also very polite and gifted me a free appetizer for my first visit. I had the 6oz sirloin steak medium is what i ordered but got a well done steak, still very tasteful. My uncle ordered chicken fried-steak but it wasn’t what he expected and thats his favorite dish he had to send it back but no worries! Overall a wonderful lunch and very welcome hospitality!

All we ordered were rolls to go. We’ve done this a few times, but the only reason I’m on here is because of the quality of the rolls. This was the second time, so I just wanted to post about it, especially since we’re paying for it and this is NOT the same roll we’d get if we were dining in.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my last visit. I ordered the 16 oz sirloin. I ordered sirloin because of its low fat amount. I want the meat, not the fat. The steak I received was well over 70% fat. I couldn’t eat it. For my sides I ordered a loaded baked and sweet potato. They brought the sweet potato out on my steak plate, soaked in in the juices. The baked potato they brought on a seperate plate. Where is the logic there? I had marshmallow on my steak. I am so disappointed. I order a large steak to eat and take home. I had nothing to take home. And left still hungry. When being seated, we were brought to a dirty table. Then had to wait additionally in the tiny walkways, in everybody’s way, for the table to be cleaned off. On top of that, the waitess came to our table a SINGLE time. We knew what we wanted so we ordered when she asked for our drinks. She brought our food and never came back. I would not have tipped her. Lucky for me, another person at my table took care of the tip.

We came here to enjoy the steak and drink some beer. The server was super nice and did a great job. All out food came out right and tasted great. I took 1 star off because the don’t have Blue Moon anymore. The server said its been gone since before October. If so, why do you still have it on the menu and advertising it on screens inside the restaurant. Please fix this and we will be back. Can’t forget the chili, always love the chili.

Every Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been to is always busy so I don’t think there’s any way to get around that, however, requesting a table on the app/online prior to arriving is my suggestion. We didn’t do that but will do that next time! The restaurant was very busy but we were seated in under 20 minutes and we arrived during peak dinner time. The food is affordable and delicious. My steak was so tender and juicy. Green beans were perfectly paired with the steak. Also, not pictured, but the rolls and their cinnamon butter is amazingly good. Our waitress was very friendly and checked on us frequently. They do have the option to pay at the table with the tablet which of course makes the process go faster. I can’t say anything bad about this place. Great for the family!

Service and food have been a hit-or-miss for years at this Texas Roadhouse. Some days they’re in fire; everything is cooked as it was ordered and the wait staff is attentive and quick. Other times are like our last visit (2023) where there are forks, trash, and a baby pacifier laying at the foot of our table and as we are seated. A gentleman with a broom and dustpan circled the restaurant twice while we paint and simply swept around those items. Our appetizer, Rattlesnake Bites, was at our table in less than a minute after ordering it and wasn’t hot like it was fresh out of a fryer. The food showed up thirty minutes after ordering and was slightly over cooked, both the steak orders and the chicken orders. Not bad enough to complain to manage about. We always get gift cards here as gifts, so we’ll gamble on another visit again in the future.

The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and keep checking on us to make sure we had everything we need and also to check for drink refills. This is a location that I would choose to visit again and again.
