We had a party of four just before peak business hours but got a table almost immediately. Parking getting tight at prime time with all the other businesses now sharing the lot. Server was helpful and attentive. My ribs were more of a 2-3 star due to dryness. Potato was just ok too. Chicken and Ribs were good, 4-star. Finally, the Chicken Fried Steak and Fries were 5-star. So my average is a 4 on this occasion. The rolls were awesome, still. I still like this place, but it definitely lost a lot of personality post covid. I miss tossing the peanut shells on the floor. I guess I understand why traditions like that have changed, but I still miss it.

What can you say about good old Texas Roadhouse? Kennedy delivered phenomenal service with a smile. The beer and drinks were cold. The fried pickles were hot and delicious as were the fresh rolls. The steaks were cooked perfectly. I lovely 18th birthday dinner for my beautiful daughter.

Came here for Mother’s Day. I always love this place. We knew it would be crowded because of the holiday, but that was just fine. The steak was cooked just right. Our server was Carson, and he was so sweet that he made our dining experience well worth it. The drinks were great. I had the Sangria, and my husband had the long island. My daughter had a margarita, and my granddaughter had mashed potatoes for the 1st time and LOVED it. As always, we will be back.

I drove 30 minutes to come to this location and I DO NOT regret it!! The guy that brought out my food for curbside pickup was quick, kind and helpful! He said I would get a link for a survey in my email but I never did so I wanted to share on here! Keep up the good work!!!!

The food was good, but the service was horrible! They need to hire more experienced servers! It was our first time here and we got there when it opened..so no excuse on poor service. We were seated near the kitchen. We never received refills on our tea or offered hot rolls with the meal. I had to clear our table and stack dishes to get them out of our way. The server that deliver our food dropped tartar sauce in my lap, fortunately I caught it. She just laughed and said good catch..no apology. I know it’s hard to find people for restaurants, but seriously hire people who want to do their job…these servers need better work ethics! I wish I had read all the bad reviews on this place. Now I wonder if we were over charged.(bad look when servers add charges to bill). along with all the other bad comments. I don’t usually go to a restaurant with any bad reviews. They carry.a lot of weight. I should have read the reviews before going. Too bad management doesn’t care about their bad reviews. If I go back here it will be only with cash.

Went to this location for a worktrip. When we ordered, the server (Abigail) went and took our order. We ordered 3 of the 6oz sirloin and ribs and one 8oz with ribs. We got our food and drinks. The foods seemed like a lot but the3 seemed similar. The 4th got a small steak and one side. Missing the ribs he reminded the server in which she brought it out. At the time to pay, she had charged us for 12 sirloin and ribs with all the extras. When we asked her about it, she said she couldn’t do much but only provided a 5 dollar discount for her error. We paid our tabs and 3 days later I go to look at my bank statement and see that I was charged 4 dollard extra on my card. So not only did I get overcharged for food that I did not order, but I was charged extra on my card. Never will I go here ever again and I don’t recommend anyone go here. Pay cash if you need to and verify your order before they place it in the kitchen. Bunch of thieves.
