0 Stars for this visit, ordered $50 worth of food, some of my food was cold and my steak filets were extremely rare when I ordered medium rare, the manager tried to ask me if I wanted it to be put back on the grill but the outside was charred and the inside rare like someone was just trying to get it out of the kitchen. I told the manager that I didn’t want her to put it back on the grill because it made me feel sick and uncomfortable and walked away upset and took only $11 of the $22 that the meal was priced at, it was very busy but this still isn’t acceptable. I love coming here but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had especially for a birthday lunch.

Haven’t been to Texas Roadhouse in a long time. My wife and I went there for our anniversary dinner. Customer service was great and our waitress was very attentive. We ordered the Cactus Blossom which was fried to perfection. My wife got the Country Fried Chicken which came smothered in gravy. No complaints here! I ordered the 8oz NY Strip which was actually prepared at a proper medium doneness. Green beans and corn were excellent! I finished it off with The Legend, Top Shelf Margarita and it was full of flavor and hit just right!

It had been awhile since the last time I was in. I forgot how much I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. My son and I were seated quickly, which surprised me because it was busy. Kaitlyn was our server and she did an awesome job. Spot on. Removed empty glasses and dishes quickly!! Very friendly and had a smile like she really enjoyed her job. Service gets 10 stars

Out of all the TX Roadhouses I’ve gone to, this one stands out with genuine service and professionalism. The staff are made up of the usual young HS/College aged kids. But I have to say they were trained well with being very efficient in both seating, order taking, and customer service. The place was packed but the wait, unlike most Roadhouse locations, was not long at all. Will definitely look forward to stopping at this location the next time we’re passing through town.

Pleasant experience. Waited for about ten minutes out of fifteen, that was quoted, which was great. When called up to be seated had to wait again for about ten minutes. If they weren’t ready to seat us, why were we called? Overall the experience was good. The Ribeye was wonderful, cooked exactly as requested. The salad was good, except don’t put pieces of the core of the lettuce in it, it makes it bitter. The service was awesome! Taryn was wonderful and did an amazing job! If it haven’t been for the waiting part and the salad. I would have given a 5 star.

Met with friends who live several hours away. Has a really enjoyable conversation with food that enhanced our dinners. The aroma of steaks grilling in the kitchen makes your mouth water and the dinner rolls are scrumptious. It was difficult to stop eating long enough to visit.
