Got to love the road house, can always depend on good quality food and service. The food was great, had the 16 oz ribeye and grilled shrimp and Caesar salad the mashed potatoes are always on spot, the cheese fries were fire, thanks for another great meal in another town, keep up all the good work, see you agan sometimes, miss the peanut hope to bring them back agan, the drinks were great also, agan thanks a whole heck of alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only picked up my to go order so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. What I can say is, the food is really good. Not sure if it was because I was starving after a long 12 hour shift but I remember closing my eyes and thanking God I was alive after a bite of their Cactus Blossom. The ranch dip also brought me back to my childhood. Tasted just like the ranch dip from my favourite restaurant back in the Philippines.

We have been to this location several times. The food is always cooked to perfection and the service has been tops! This last time the wait time was over an hour, but our waitress Loretta had our appetizer, the awesome Cactus Blossom, on the table in five minutes, then my date’s salad and my chili shortly after. Our main course was the Texas combo of a filet and ribs. The filets were amazing! So tender and lightly seasoned. Didn’t need any steak sauce for sure. The ribs were a bit over cooked, black on the ends, and dry but still very flavorful. I have ribs every time we go and this was unusual for them to be like this. Usually moist and fall off the bone.

First off I’d like to say our server was excellent. That was the saving grace. The porterhouse steak was as tough and chewy as leather though. Definitely not a quality cut of beef. It was a real challenge to cut it with a steak knife. I also miss the old Texas Roadhouse and their barrels of peanuts with the husks all over the floor. I know some people were not too fond of that, but I sure do miss it.

Our waiter was so sweet and was very patient with my daughter who gets overwhelmed around large crowds and loud noises. He was funny and personable. He was quick on refills and with extra napkins when my son spilled his drink.

We arrived at Texas Roadhouse in Pueblo Colorado at 9:25 p.m., 35 minutes before they closed. We were seated right away in the bar area and sat down to a delicious steak dinner. The food was hot, and the salad was fresh regardless of the lateness of the evening and the fact they were about to close. The service was great. Juanita took great care of us. The atmosphere was nice, soft country tunes were planning on the radio and baseball games were on TVs. We had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse!! BTW, if you like your steak cooked to med, but prefer more pick and juicier, then order it medium rare!! It’ll be perfect then!

Great food and service like always. Been to Texas Roadhouse a million times and it’s always been a great experience. Our server Teah was great and Matt came to make sure we were happy with everything. My pork chops were cooked perfectly along with my wife’s steak being perfect. Driving from Iowa to Monte Vista and stopped to stay in Pueblo. The place looked packed so we called and they said no waiting list. We got seated almost instantly and a young server named Brandon came to our table. I have never in my life had a more pleasant, polite, attentive and courteous server. I had my elderly parents and young niece with me and they all agreed. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for hiring such a great young man and making our stop so enjoyable!
