This was my first time at any Texas Roadhouse since the early 2000s. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the food as well! The waitress was extremely attentive, super nice, answered any question I had. The food was delicious! I got a huge salad with chicken, my man got the ribs and a steak, as well as the grilled chicken. My son got the grilled chicken kids meal. It was all delicious! The drink I originally ordered was a Key lime margarita, they ended up being out of key lime, so I got the top shelf margarita with black lava salt. It was delicious and I appreciate that the manager came up and acknowledged and apologized for the restaurant being out of key lime. Everyone was nice and I recommend it. I’ll definitely go back with my family.

We chose Texas Roadhouse as our location for our family get together. It was a really great experience. I believe the waitress knew of our important in making this a memorable time. We were told that our wait time would be about an hour. But in speaking to other customers who were already there waiting to be seated, the customers understand and agree to switch their wait time with us. And so our wait time was actually more around 15 minutes. We thanked the other waiting customers profusely. We even offered to but them appetizers but they refused and one guy summed it up, he said “with our world and personal lives in such turbulence, it’s good to see our family being able to actually be all together … And it’s about that togetherness that has been missed by everyone that gives him hope”. ❤️ I don’t think it could have been said any better. His words put a lump in all our throats and we held each other just a little tighter. I took a lot of pictures but I heard also, “Dee you better not post any pics with us in them or mention any names…I promised I wouldn’t. I’m not one to rat out another. All I can say is everyone kept to the keto diet, vegan diet, organic diet, vegetarian diet, no red meat diet, no carbs diet As for me, I was so hungry. I delved into my mine and totally forgot to take pics of what I ate, but I had the 8oz NY Strip w/grilled shrimp, baked potato and a tossed salad w/1000 Island dressing on the side. It was delicious. I filled up on the tossed salad and shrimp alone. I took togo the steak and baked potato. It was fun memorable time with family and believe me, it was long over due. I just hope and pray that many more families will be able to do this soon with their families. ❤️

Carlos was a very upbeat and energetic server. We always use the call ahead or online waitlist. Definitely speeds up your wait time. Once you get a table, the food is out in a jiffy. Sirloin is always the best steak with the least amount of fat. This location also has a special on ribeyes that is worth trying out.

Chicken fried chicken was nice and moist! It had the perfect ratio of breading. The mashed potatoes are real, so that’s a major plus. Babes ribeye was cooked to perfection! Our waiter was just attentive and friendly. We will be back forsure! My ONLY complaint was the bathroom was really gross. We was there at 2-230 so it should of been cleaner. Still giving this place 5 stars overall.

**update: tried it again and the two stars is officially one now! Went on a Wednesday night. Did the call ahead to get on the list, was quoted 20mins. Waited 55mins to get in. Hostess are rude, tons of dirty tables, place is SO loud and food was salty and nasty!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

No dinner rolls, no silverware for my to go order! When I checked after just taking my order, the to-go window girl even said I put the bread on the table outside. Yes, there was a bag of dinner rolls someone else left on that table. They didn’t check the order before gave to me, and even said I took them out and set on the table. Two mistakes on the order, and the manager just gave worthless apology. Definitely not suggesting this Texas Roadhouse, and I personally definitely not going back. I travel half of US, and visited lots of other Texas Roadhouse. This one definitely one of the worst.

This place is a hit or miss. Can be the best food you have eaten or the worst. The food has been great so far. Steak I ordered was all done, but it was just a tad bit dry. Mashed potatoes were great as was the corn. Of course the rolls and butter are always amazing. Our waitress was a little swamped but still managed to keep the drinks coming. The atmosphere is fun and for birthdays they bring out a saddle on a rolling wooden “horse” but it’s not the horse you would expect. The birthday person gets to sit in the saddle and the staff all come over and chant and then we all yell “Yehaw!”. It’s great for the entire family. A little on the pricey side for the food you get. But overall it was fun.
