I’m probably not the first person to say their expectations weren’t all that high coming in. Yes, I will admit we usually dine at “finer” dining restaurants than Texas Roadhouse, so it may not be completely fair for my expectations to be not all that high, but I have to say, this was an excellent dining experience. It started with the outstanding service. Sydney was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. She greeted us VERY quickly, took our drink order, and you could tell instantly she has it together. She remembers the details. She’s very bright and personable, and it was a lot of fun having her as our server, as she helped guide us to a great experience. I bet she’d be great as a bartender because of her personality combined with her skill. I already knew there weren’t many gluten-free options, but Sydney was patient and thorough in checking on possible modifications to items not listed as gluten-friendly. She was just plain great. We were able to enjoy the potato skins as an appetizer, leave the seasoning salt off my wife’s steak (she’s the GF one), and even though the only really safe potato option for GF is the baked potato, that’s what my wife would’ve wanted anyway. So it all worked out just fine from that perspective.

I love this location. I always get exceptional service even though it is usually packed. Dory is the best!!! The employees never seem stressed. They are accommodating when it comes to seating. Put out ourselves in the waiting list on-line and was seated within couple of minutes of checking in. Great food and service! Marcus was excellent in ensuring we had the best experience. Jesse, the store manager, was upbeat, positive and accommodating. We enjoyed our family dinner. Highly recommended!!!

Not as good as it once was… Have gone to his location for a dozen or so years and it truly has hit bottom. Steak was burnt and so was potato.. can’t fix a bad cook. Used to be exactly what you expected.. or manager would make sure it was.. but no longer.. and the price is in the stratosphere now as well. Change in management is also reflective of waiters attitude about the place also.. just paid for drink and went elsewhere – can cook a better steak at home.. not worth it anymore!

We arrived for late post workout dinner, approx 8pm last night – 8/26/23. Dinner was great per usual HOWEVER our server was barely even subpar Abigail was our server that particular evening. She was friendly but outside of that she never attended to us but once during dinner when hubby looked directly at her. I had to bother another server twice for more bread, boxes at the end. Abigail never refilled us once, left the drinks empty. At that stage we sucked the drinks dry and we’re ready to just go home. I’d have to scan the room anytime I needed anything, for any server who was willing to help. Hubby stated the reason she likely didn’t attend to us was because she would tuck away in the corner with her other server friends (he observed this) and was probably ready to “call it quits for the night”. Ugh. We’ve never had a bad server, I suppose there’s a first for everything! My theory – if you don’t enjoy your job, quit- find another! And word to mgmt- reteach your staff on how to be more customer service oriented!

Our steaks were good, just quality seems a little down from before. We added the shrimp to our orders, and those are really good. The server was very friendly, nice, and attentive. The atmosphere is the same as usual, which is just fine. Good food and good service.
