We came on Father’s Day so they were really busy. We were told that the wait would be about 30 minutes but it was closer to an hour. My husband enjoys the steak here a lot. I try other things and have found it is bit hit and miss. I tried the fried catfish this time. The fish was good but I didn’t really enjoy the corn bread batter, it was pretty dry. They have a large beer selection but not much at all for porters and stouts or any darker options really. The steaks were perfect. My daughter wanted her burger medium with no onions and it came medium rare with onions. Our server did a good job for how busy it was and we did have a larger party and she was able to make sure we had everything we needed. Texas Roadhouse is not my favorite place to dine in the area but I’m happy to go here when my husband wants to and he does enjoy it a lot.

Texas Roadhouse has the best prime rib in the area hands down. Every bite melted in my mouth like butter. The horseradish cream sauce is my favorite. Green beans with bacon and a caesar salad. Forget about it. Don’t mess with the best Texas Roadhouse always delivers excellence. Thank you again Texas Roadhouse.

This review does not reflect on the bartenders who took care of me he was amazing and very attentive. But the food was a disgrace. I used to go to Texas Roadhouse in California and was one of my favorite locations to bring my family. This locations in Medford is just bad. To start my Cesar salad had little to no dressing, my entree came and my filet Mignon was cold my baked potato was cold to the point where the butter wouldn’t melt or the cheese. I was really looking forward to eat at this location. It’s been 4 years since I left California. I go to say I will never return to this location. I rather wait till I got back to California. Horrible experience!

Last night was our first time eating here and it was the worst experience. The waitress forgot to enter half our order into the computer so we had to wait twice the amount of time, we told her we had a birthday in our group which she forgot, I had to ask 3 different people for togo boxes and I had 4- 10.00 off coupons but the waitress would only let us use 1. We will not be returning to this restaurant I recommend Applebee’s or Red robin.

It was packed, but the wait was minimal, the service was excellent, the food came fast and it was amazing! My husband got the ribs, which were the best I’ve tried in a long time. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was perfect!! We will definitely be going back.

Items were missing in our order. 2 indentical meals were not prepared or even cooked the same. Had to remind them to get our drink. Then the lady getting the drink had to stop and get her own drink, drink from it first, while holding our drink.

We took some friends to dinner and received the absolute worst service we’ve ever experienced. I have attached a copy of our receipt so you can see who our server was and that this review is genuine. We were seated after a short wait and our drink order was taken promptly. After receiving our drinks, we placed our appetizer order for the cactus blossom and a combo plate. We ordered dinner when we received the cactus blossom but were not given any appetizer plates. A manager walked past and asked if we’d like more bread and then never brought any back. We had to ask for appetizer plates and were made to feel like an interruption of our servers table cleaning duties. We received our dinner entrées and one of the burgers that was ordered well done “no pink”, was rare in the middle. Needless to say all she ate were her fries. The other entrées were prepared as ordered and were good. Our second appetizer was finally found and served to us half way through dinner. After it had sat in the warmer for over a half hour because it didn’t have an order attached to it. This dining experience has to be the worst we have experienced in the Rogue Valley. Our server received a. 40 cent tip, only because I didn’t have exact change. People pay good money and have a reasonable expectation of a somewhat pleasant dining experience. If you are unwilling to provide it, then go get a job outide of the service industry.

This is hands down my absolute favorite restaurant to get steak, ribs and prime rib. I try to go there as often as possible. The complimentary rolls that they serve are excellent. My favorite has got to be any of the steaks. They are all absolutely amazing, even the Sirloin! I wish I knew what they do to them so I could make one like that. Definitely 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes this style of food. You won’t be disappointed. I have done dine-in and take-out, which were both great experiences.

Had some problems with my order, the manager was disengenuine and condescending. The atmosphere was fun, and the rest of the staff was wonderful. Leaving 5 star review for our waitress Kimberly who loves Jesus! She was an amazing waitress, and cares about her guests’ experience.
