Wow, what a great meal. The prime rib was tender, juicy, and so flavorful. The smokey flavor will definitely make me want to come back next time I’m in Texas. The atmosphere was nice, clean and the service was excellent. They give you endless, soft, warm rolls with honey butter. Mmmmm !!! What can I say but you want a good meal with a good price “Texas Rose Steakhouse “is the place to go.

Food was great. And so was that atmosphere. I had a last minute birthday reservation with them with about 25 of us. They designated two waitresses just to help us out they did a fantastic job. We made sure today was tipped well for the great service they did.

Love this place very much! the food from this restaurant is much better than any steak house I went, thought not sure why but if you order a sweet tea sometimes it doesn’t taste like sweet, I didn’t want to tell them because they are so nice but also they were very busy.. still good in my opinion!

Update… When you order the sides for your meal, there is a $2.00 upcharge on the wedge salad and the bacon wrapped asparagus. Which really isn’t bad but nowhere on the menu is this mentioned and the waitresses doesn’t tell you. You just find out when you get your check. Sticker shock!! So I’m knocking my review down because of this.

Wonderful service, great rolls and the impossible. They screwed up prime rib. I got something that looked like table scraps (certainly not a piece of prime). The fat wasn’t cooked roasted or anything but cold and raw.Apparently they felt the acrid smoke blown on this mess of something made it into some delicacy. Two bites and I felt ill. Consistency has been a problem of late with once our favorite place out. But seriously this was sooooooo bad just the words Texas Rose make me turn green. I’m sure others will have a better experience. It’ll be a long while before we try again…. there is no excuse for something like this to have been served. I know, I know should have sent it back but, not my nature.

Great place to get a great steak. I stayed in Borger for two weeks and this became the go-to dinner spot multiple days during that time. The steaks were good delicious, the rolls were hot, and the service was excellent. Definitely go here before trying anything else.
