We weren’t sure about this restaurant first, because we were just visiting and never went. We decided to go based on review and OMG! They did not disappoint us!!! The steaks were cooked nicely and well seasoned. We enjoyed and loved the food! Definitely going back when we visit again!

Best service and food we have had in, well longer than I can remember. Linda was our server and she was amazing! Went on her recommendations, and it was on point. She was attentive and personable, not over bearing at all. We ordered grilled stuffed shrimp, fried stuffed shrimp, crawfish po boy, fried pickles, fried calamari & onion rings. This is the 2nd time eating here. 1st experience was kind of ok. This time, the food was edible, but not great. The vegetables were mushy and the stuffed shrimp were just ok. It’s like going to a cheap place & expecting only 2nd rate food.

The restaurant was clean, and the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. The service was fair. The food was okay, nothing impressive. It was a bit too spicy for my liking. The hushpuppies were extremely spicy. The gumbo was not prepared properly at all. It wasn’t cooked with the shrimp in it, so it tasted bad. One visit was enough to me. If you want a good gumbo, they have plenty of good recipes online.

I ordered the grilled mahi mahi with grilled veggies and Cajun rice. Food was mediocre and veggies were streamed not grilled and flavorless. My husband ordered steak and shrimp and he really liked it said it was good. He also ordered a fried red fish that had zero flavor just fried in seasonless corn meal. Servers had zero personality, you could tell they didn’t want to be there. Flies were everywhere had to keep swatting them away during dinner. They were out of all soda, lemonade, and some salad dressings, calamari. Atmosphere was just sad. No music no smiles no nothing. I would not recommend this place at all.

The blackened catfish was cooked to perfection! It was tender and seasoned perfectly! Really enjoyed the fish and grilled veggies sidedish. The appetizer onion rings were good, flaky crust but needed some salt. I will definitely be back for the delicious blackened catfish—can’t wait to try the salmon

Our server was Linda she was amazing, very attentive and answered all of our questions when it came to our meal. My fiance and I loved that we could enjoy your meal in such a nice atmosphere. My lobster and steak came with this butter that was to write home about. I could pour it on everything, I just about did at dinner!

Ok, small town middle of Texas, to say the least I was worried. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The Red snapper, scallops, shrimp platter was great. The three star come from my New York steak, it was cooked to order but very chewy. I was hoping being in Texas the steak would shine, but it didn’t. Clean, great servers, nice prices, I would go there again to see if was a once off. Oh no draft beer.
