I came at about 4pm on a Thursday. There was NO WAIT. I was ordering to go, but they don’t make charbroiled oysters to go. So, I ordered a half dozen, to eat at the bar, and ordered my Pan Roast and Gumbo to go. Everything cam out fast. The oysters were liiiiiiffffeee! I mean, I’m still thinking about them. The Pan Roast was great. The gumbo, MEH. Didn’t taste like any gumbo I am used to. The portions were great, enough for 2 to share. Overall, I’m glad I choose this “Station” Oyster bar to go to.

My aunt raves about this place. We made reservations prior to coming here. Got seated in a nice area in the far back. Far from the 2nd hand smoke thank god. We ordered the oysters on half shelf, pan roast with rice/pasta, shrimp jambalaya, shrimp and lobster fra diavolo, fried cod basket, raspberry mojito and the moscow mule. Do yourself a favor and order the pan roast with rice and one separate one with pasta. The signature brandy creamy tomato sauce is to die for. It was so good we ordered an extra one to go and there was no sauce left after we kept dipping it with our bread. Portions here are huge. They give you plenty of pasta and seafood in each dish. I personally ordered the fra diavolo and it was delicious. The prawns were huge and the tomato sauce was just right. Oysters here are really fresh. Definitely try them if you love oysters, but their seafood pastas are their speciality here. My family and I really enjoyed our meal. Only reason why I’m giving this place a star off because is took for ever for our entrees to come out. Our server was amazing, but yeah food just took a while.

I used to stay at the Texas station quite a bit, and the place I would eat at quite a bit is this place. And, I’ve only ever had one thing, so keep that in mind with my five star rating. That one thing is the seafood gumbo. It is very good. And, the service has typically been very good. In fact, just writing this review is making me hungry for that gumbo right now. It’s too bad I’m nowhere near the place.

My husband and I were recommended to try this place out during our trip to Vegas. In all my years of coming to Las Vegas, how I missed this place is beyond me. It was fantastic!!! We literally thought we were dining at a restaurant on bourbon street in New Orleans. It’s that good. The prices are reasonable and the staff is Southern friendly and great hospitality! I will visit here on every trip to Las Vegas. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

This place is outstanding in every way from the service to the caliber and quality of the dishes that they serve. It’s very unique because they have an all steam kitchen and all of the dishes are made with the freshest Seafood possible within Alstyne kitchen you can see them making it right in front of you either at a bar or it one of the many gorgeous tables that they have around the restaurant. The one that I like the best is someone at the Texas Station and you can ask for Anna who is my friend.
