Ordered from here the first time yesterday. I do love that they have coupons for their food which makes it a little more affordable. The baked potaoes though were not cooked soft enough for me. I wish that they served fries. So nice that if you pick the order up, you get free tea!! I love tea. Stars would be higher if there was fries and the potato was better. They also have peach cobbler which is pretty tasty.

The food was bland and the customer service was horrible!! Don’t come here. When I asked for a refund I was refused! I ate two bites. The second one was because I tried adding jalapenos to give it flavor and it still sucked!

If I could give them no stars I would! I decided to give this place a try it’s new and it’s different but the smell when you walked in was horrible first bad sign, the customer service was terrible, and the food was disgusting! My sandwich was soupie the bread was soggy and unappealing. I am not sure what was used for seasoning but I had a allergic reaction to the food and I have a doctor appointment today. I will not recommend this place to anybody I am completely disgusted in more ways than one. A complete waste of money and no I don’t want to ever eat at this establishment again!

I have ordered from them 2 times so far. The first time my order was perfect and delicious. It was delivered fast and I had no issues. The second time however my steak was cooked terribly. I ordered it medium. The center of the steak I wouldn’t even say was rare; more like cold and raw as opposed to the outside edges of the steak that were more medium well to well done and tough to eat. I had a different delivery driver for both orders and both of them were very nice so that is a plus. I will try it again to see if maybe it was just a busy or off night the second time.

This one star is the food. I’ve been their number one follower before they even open! The food is good some of the employees are very nice. Delivery men’s are friendly. Delivery fee is a joke. If you and your coworkers want to order food and pay separately, you will all be charged individually for delivery fee even though the delivery men is only making one trip. Same thing if you have a movie night where everyone has to pay for themselves. I called to let them know about the fees and the manager wasn’t professional. I interact with a lot of people at work and I always refer them to Steak Express . They just lost my recommendations , business and trust because this is not right. The manager on duty today need more training. She starting lying that we weren’t charged 2 delivery fees and when I insisted that we were and that I have the receipts in front of me, she stated that we had pay all together to not be charged 2 fees. As a manager you should always make sure of all the facts before you even speak. Good luck to you

Normally my experiences were ok with this place. However today I called order for well done ribeye i wasn’t too far away got there pretty quickly so told them i could wait to make sure well done. I figured it could not be because of the timing unless they had one cooking. Got home home to discover a very very rate steak and they did not give me my drink do I called spoke to manager who was 1 step above ruder and informed me to take a picture and send to general manager! Needless to say I am beyond angry and I had to end up cooking the steak
