The food and service were good, but the prices were higher than I expected. Overall, I had a good dining experience. .. and the steak was very tasty, considering the best cuts of meat go to the larger demographic areas.

The poor rating is based on our last visit Sunday 3-24 at 1:30. it took over an hour to get food waitress was obviously new but no one bothered to help her. The food was cold. Had to ask for it to be rewarmed, steak was under done. Wrong food brought and when she said she ordered wrong instead of ust bringing the right food we were charged for it as well. We had to refill our own drinks. They were not that busy for a Sunday after church. Did not bus table. And the really bad thing about the visit was the manager did not seem to really care enough ask us about visit. And she watched us as we got up and got the pitchers of water and tea.

My dad has helped to reopen this place and make it new, and I love it! Texas steakhouse has always been a family favorite. New place, it’s been remodeled with pretty light structures and good seating. You can watch some football at the bar or order food with your family! The ribs are FOR SURE a good recommendation of mine, and the bread is soooooo tasty and buttery. Quite fantastic! The only things I’m not a fan of are some of the foods, I’m a picky kid and I don’t like much. Plus the restaurant is new again so new staff and new kitchen stuff. So I’m a bit shy to try it all and leave a full review, but anyways…DEFINITELY try it! Steak is their specialty and they’ve got A1 in deck for all. If your family is picky they’ll love it, don’t worry! Kids menus for the little ones too! ❤️Everyone is welcome so enjoy your meal when you come on over to eat.

It took 30 minutes to get seated and there were eight or more tables empty. Took 20 more minutes to get our drinks and appetizer ordered. Still haven’t gotten our buns. Finally our food and buns got brought to the table. My steak was raw when I ordered medium rare and cold. My loaded potato soup had yet to be delivered. And my loaded mashed potatoes never got loaded. When I finally received my potato soup I can eat it with a fork, nothing soupy about it. I requested that several times and it still never got back to me. My husband’s food was cold. And he never got the crabcake he ordered. The only good thing about this experience was the server had a really nice attitude.

The staff needs to pay more attention to the customers. Too long a wait time to be seated. I’ve called in orders and have to wait a long time before anyone helps me at the bar. Its like a ghost town. The food is great. It’s the customer service that needs improvement. And too much yelling in the kitchen area. I’m not sure if the staff is aware of how inappropriate they sound to the customers trying to eat.

Food was good, but we waited for our food for over 1 hour.. Then didn’t ever get our appetizers, an the air was so cold, I could not be conformable to enjoy. They need more kitchen help, an more waitress.. Had to go find someone so we could pay. The only good thing was, they gave us $10 off our meal. Won’t be back for a long while..

Great food and fantastic service. The place was packed when we got there, so there was a short wait before being seated. All four of us were headed to a movie afterwards (having about an hour to eat beforehand), that being said our server was very friendly and accommodating. Our order came out in a very short period of time. Everything was hot, plentiful and cooked to our liking. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent, will gladly recommend and definitely be a return customer.

There was not enough staff to work a major holiday, Father’s Day. The restaurant was not full with empty tables, and we still had to wait almost an hour! Service was not good, she must have been new! Seats in the booths are very old, with bad springs and need replacing badly. My Mom, 95 was very uncomfortable and so was I! I am 6’3 and the table top was at my chest! The table was sticky! My daughter’s salad was made for a 5 year old by a 4 year old! My ribs took 45 minutes or more to arrive and must have been rushed, it was cooked really tough, my dog later that night loved it? I used to go there years ago when my kids were young, it was great, back when the booths were new! They did give out free entree’s for my next visit, which right now, doesn’t seem like it will ever happen!

Food was good, but the place needs cleaning and the service was problematic. We were promptly seated then ignored for 10 minutes while we watched 6 employees have a get together at the greeters station. We ordered an appetizer that never came until we asked where it was. The steaks were not cooked to order. The table was sticky with accumulated goo. The manager came around and offered his apology and 10% ($3.39) off the bill and a $5 coupon off our next visit. No thanks.

Texas has always been one of my favorites but today’s service was just horrible. We waited 20 min in the bar area just to place an order while staff talked and walked about as if we weren’t there. Then when we finally did get to place the order it took an hour to get our food. Upon arriving home I tasted my chicken tenders which were dry and over cooked I could barely chew them. After all that at the very least I expected edible food. There was no apologies for the wait or anything. I will not be returning.
