It was my first time there and most likely my last time. I ordered chicken and french fries and the french fries was old stale french fries and a small amount. I express my dissatisfaction with the french fries and most restaurants would have accommodated me and said if you would like to wait a few minutes I will get you some fresh french fries. The young lady that was managing just snatch my whole bag and refunded all my money. I said well I was only dissatisfied with the french fries. So I’ll take the chicken if you’re not going to give me fresh french fries. She said well make up your mind because I’m not going to do any more changes. The man that served me took the old stale french fries out of my bag and place them back on the warmer. I had seen enough. Like I said it was my first time and most likely the last time I’ll be at Tex’s Chicken & Burger.

Texas has lost their quality down too the floor. They don’t care about the quality of food and the worst bunch of kids working att all there locations. Used to go to hillside and Merrick but I guess it’s the last time now ! Very very disappointed at the quality of food. And I am surprised the owners are not doing anything to maintain or even fix the problem looks like once money starts rolling who cares about the quality

Anything more than three to four people online expect to wait at least 15 minutes. Chicken is pretty good and it is expensive. Went to spend $100 and there was no discount So I went to New York fried Chicken on Farmers boulevard where they have good deals and the chicken is also good.
