If I could leave 0 I would. I did a take out order tonight and when I got home inside of my fries was a piece of chicken that had been eating. I had gotten a burger with fries, so there would be no reason have chicken within my meal. It was disgusting and this is absolutely gross. Whoever is the chef should be fired immediately for eating and putting there left over chicken in a customer meal.I been calling and no response at all. I will continue call tomorrow and bring this plate back to them because I need a response as to how this could even happen.

Disastrous. Ate there tonight and it was awful. We came in at 4:30 and there was no one there. Not a surprise just the only time we could meet. The drinks were messed up. Given a free glass of wine because the waiter messed up. It was awful. Ordered another one and paid for it rather than have the free nasty one. Appetizer was wonderful ( got the dumplings ). Ordered our entrees and even though there was a bit of a wait I don’t mind that. Two of the entrees came out and the twenty minutes later the third one came out. The smallest piece of salmon I have ever seen and nasty broccoli that was already sprouting and should have been tossed and NOT SERVED. I ordered the Cobb salad and I had to ask for two missing ingredients – I had asked for no blue cheese which they honored that but they skipped the bacon and avocado. Waiter brought them both out but why were they missed? I think this location should just hang it up. Fridays had a hey Dey and it is OVER. I have given over 20 years to the hospitality industry and you are an embarrassment. No customer wants this experience. Do better during the quiet times. There was no excuse for anything that happened this afternoon. I could probably add more details but can’t be bothered. Just like this place can’t be bothered w service.

Monday night – (>8pm), 50 cent wings… Sat at bar – they came out very crispy and HOT / Fresh – worked well… Steve J was bartender (5 stars), and about 1/2 the seats taken. Cheap wings, Diet Coke (NOT a Pepsi fan), and room to work – ideal. For the price – you cannot pass it up. Photo below (Tabasco is mine – they stock red hot)

Absolutely horrible! Took my kids today, the restaurant was empty, we were seated and it took 25 minutes just to get drinks. We ordered and took another 30 minutes for food to come out ( we all ordered burgers). Order came and 2 of the orders were wrong. The waitress gave us a story of mixed up order, and took another 20 minutes to get the right food. She dropped and disappeared, the burgers were cold and my sons burgers was raw, like raw inside. Never again, the service and quality have gone down hill. To top it off my son got sick when he got home, I called to complain and got a young man on the phoen who took my email address and hung up. Will never ever go there again, and will make sure I let everyone I know to never go again.

I ordered food through Uber and was told that my meal was being made, so I waited. A half hour later, Uber sent me a simple message that said my order was canceled. No explanation or options were given. I feel that the restraunt should’ve made an effort to remedy the situation rather than do nothing.

Our visit to TGI Friday’s was great. Our server Trevor was fabulous, extremely friendly and very accommodating of our special requests! We will definitely be back!!! We had spinach dip, ribs and Cinnabon cheesecake for dessert, all delicious

Drinks and server was great but I was alittle confused when I ordered Chicken Parm that the chicken itself came with red sauce on it then the pasta came with Alfredo sauce on it ,it was tasty but threw me off just alittle besides that everything else was great
