Great place great food and the staff are very nice they took a little while to come to the table but they made it up by having 3-4 people waiting on the table to make sure that the food and drinks were made fast and they made sure that the table was always clean and they checked on the drinks great service!!!!

Ok place but the silverware was dirty and the service is slow but the customer service is great I guess they are just busy on a Friday night 7pm is the worst time to come they actually did come and pick up the silverware and bring us all new ones and they brought us a few free drinks sodas for the kids so I would definitely go there again but not on a Friday night

Dark, dirty, indifferent slow service. $10 unlimited appetizers is a joke. Service was so slow; that diner was able to get only two apps before the rest of the table received and finished their complete entrees. Lots of staff standing around. Restaurant was virtually empty. No call for slow kitchen service. Will not return.

Tonight I ate at this Friday’s with 3 good friends. Our server Carrie, was very sweet, but a bit disorganized. We did not have silverware when we sat, simple drink refills such as water took frustratingly long, and our appetizer, the onion rings never came to the table. She was however very kind and she was possibly the only good thing about the experience. As for the entrees, I truly am not a picky eater but I have experience around the kitchen, and the food was absolutely dreadful. The bacon wrapped shrimp tasted like charcoal, and was void of any flavor. The center-cut sirloin I asked for cooked medium came out well done, and was very tough, which was extremely disappointing. The Brownie Obsession desert could not even save the night, it looked as if someone threw up caramel and chocolate syrup all over it, and took over 15 minutes to come out. Long waits/slow service can be understandable, but I have to say the majority of the restaurant was empty, and the terrible food quality was really what made this a poor experience. Would not reccomend whatsoever, was thoroughly disappointed.

We’ve been there many many times. Tonight was just about the worst dinners we were ever served. The person that served us was great, unfortunately she didn’t make the meals. I can’t stress enough that she was great and not the problem. We could not even eat the food. They did not charge us for the meals.

My friends and I went last night at 9pm for appetizers. The bar area was full and we were not able to sit there. We requested a table for 5. It took us 3 waiters/ hostess to find us a table. There wasn’t a single table with people and was told we had to wait 10 minutes. We finally got a table after 10 minutes. Every table around us had plates and ranch dressing all over the floor. A waiter came up and took our drink order. It took 15 minutes to get a few beers and water. We had another waiter take our food order. The food came out relatively fast. (We were unable to get any specials because we weren’t in the bar area but there wasn’t any seating so we were unable to get any specials -stupid) we sat at the table for at least 10 minutes before we decided to get up and look for silverware. No one came to check on us at any point throughout the meal. We had to look for to go boxes as well as all the servers (at least 6-8) were in a different room having their own dinner. We were unable to get refills or even have utensils to eat with. When we finished we were given our check by a different waiter. (We had a different person come up to us every time if we were able to have someone come over) The waiter gave us the wrong check and when he realized he did not inform us after charging the card double to amount we were given. He also charged us for 12 plus appetizers when only one person got 2 and everyone else had burgers or salads. We got charged for extra drinks. I waitresses for 4 plus years and have a high tolerence for mistakes but we were better off going to the kitchen and ordering our food and tipping them there. We will not be returning to this location. No one seemed to have a clue as to what they were doing. Being the only table in the restaurant you would think that someone would take notice to us walking around looking for help.

Service was very slow and food came out just warm. Had to return two dishes to heat up. Young staff are socializing in the kitchen and playing on their phones. It was very frustrating. The all you can eat Apps are a good deal and the reason for giving them a three-star rating.

This has to be one of the worst places to eat! I have never been to a TGIF with such horrible service. After telling the waitress about the gluten and shellfish allergies she acknowledged them and took our orders. 2 of the 3 meals came. The appetizer never came out. And when the third meal came out we were all finished eating and it came with contaminated with shellfish. So 1 of us did not eat at all. The manager came over and was nice enough to apologize however I think he needs a whole new staff.

The waiter Adam was an ex marine and a nice guy who tried very hard to make my wife and I enjoy our night out. It was jammed on Friday night but service was still pretty quick and we felt like relaxing anyway so we enjoyed the conversation with our waiter while we waited.
