I’m from Bronx NY and visited this location at New Jersey. Was at this location to celebrate my friend’s wedding. I had salmon and rice and to be frank the food tasted great beyond my expectation. I had a pretty low standard for foods purchased at locations like these but they really surprised me with how great the food tastes. The Customer service at this location is beyond warmly camaraderie. The staffs at this location really care about ensuring that their customers have an amazing experience. They ensure you enjoy your meal, the environmental… infact your entire stay. One of their associates also assisted with taking some of our pictures. I just love the great experience I had from visiting this location. I sure would visit again if I ever have the chance to.

They’re under new management so I’ll need time to re-assess but the previous manager was great and such a sweetheart. He was attentive and any time I had any trouble he swooped right in and saced the day. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name but great guy. Its Friday’s so of course its not gonna be anything spectacular but on a good day the food is hot and good. They’re busiest on Holidays and Saturday nights. One of the better chains in the area.

It was the worst service ever at this restaurant. We went in, there’s no one to seat us. A waitress standing at the front desk didn’t even care to greet. No one came to our table to take the order for 20 min. And after giving the order, it took almost 30 min for the order to come. And when it came it was wrong order. Wrong place to go with family. My kids were hungry and service is extremely slow. They never check on us. The other Tables with different waitress seemed to get it faster. Finally the one who served us never came out at all and had to get bill from other one and make the payment. Will never go to this restaurant again! I would give a zero star if I can.

The service here was extremely slow, it took one hour to get our food. To add insult to injury they brought out one of our entrée, while the other was still being prepared. While we hoped to eat together we ended up eating at separate times. The waitress was not forthcoming with keeping us informed. I asked to speak to a manager and he or she never showed up to address our concerns. I will admit the food was pretty good. However, to the very end, even to collecting our payment was a slow process. Extremely frustrating to lose so much time!
