I get that it’s not fine dining, but my Cream of broccoli soup was just raw, very hard broccoli thrown into a bowl of soup after the fact. The boneless chicken wasn’t tossed in sauce, they just lazily drizzled some over it.

Steak to much salt,burned,cheese with onion taste horrible,i wont go here ever again that’s for sure,also i had burger signature whisky sauce,absolutely doesnt look like as you can see on the menu,very small so hungry person need to eat at list 2,pasta with parmesan and cheese omg i could not feel any parmesan and cheese too

The food came out hot. Unfortunately the taste was not up to par. Me and my party ordered pasta and some fried fish. Unfortunately we found some issues with the taste of the food. The pasta had a strange aftertaste. We couldn’t quite place our finger on it. The sauce to ingredients ratio also felt a little bit lopsided. There was a quite a bit to much sauce for the amount of noodles. The amount of noodles to topping also felt completely wrong. I would give one star to this establishment, if the only thing we ate was pasta. Fortunately we had some fried dishes that were far better. These were more up to par to the standard we expected. So I will rate 2 stars because I felt that the quality could be there and I have fond memories from my childhood here. Unfortunately I seem to have tainted those memories with my most recent visit.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! This was the worst experience ever.I walked into this restaurant Monday night at 11:55pm. Me and my family sat at the bar and was told 5 minutes for the kitchen to closed which was no problem.Danielle the bartender came over to take our orders, her approach was not pleasant and welcoming. She need to get retrained and coached on customer service!!!.

Very sad, but absolutely horrible, horrific, terribly long, slow service, and severely short-staffed on a Thursday at 6:30 p.m. It took over 10 minutes for us to get two unsweetened iced teas! And they came out with hardly any ice in them. Then, I walked up to the bar, and there was no bartender, which was quite odd, being as there were about 8-9 people sitting around the bar…? One appeared about 3 or 4 minutes later and asked me what I wanted. I told him a glass with ice, for our iced teas. And he gave me a plastic cup with ice. Our food came out lukewarm at best, one of our plates were dirty, the floors were very sticky throughout the entire restaurant (as in disgusting and deplorable), our waitress never even came around to offer us drink refills, or to check how our food was. Definitely not the TGI Fridays of the ’90s (or even 2018)! While we were waiting for our drinks and food, we witnessed at least two couples get up and leave, after they previously ordered. We almost did the same. Our food was subpar quality, and the service was absolutely awful, and way longer than it should have been! We won’t be returning. Not the least bit recommended, and in dire need of better and much more proficient Management! This place is a free-for-all, where servers are flirting with the young, blonde hostess, while customers are waiting 20+ minutes for their food/drinks. Deplorable and low-class.

It was freezing in the restaurant. It was warner outside then in. Ordered Bucket of Bones. The ribs were dry at best with the honey glaze. Wings are really soggy. I will say the fries were excellent. Service started well but had a long wait for our to go deserts. When we saw the server, she was great, but she would disappear. Overall, it’s not a good meal. Sad to say that TGI has lost its edge on providing a good meal.

I’m sitting here with my kids waiting now 45 minutes for my food. It’s a Tuesday- not busy. Never again.. chicken sandwich was exactly like another reviewer said – like cutting through a shoe – not at all fresh. Only thing edible was the fries. They didn’t add the avocado that it was supposed to have but brought me a side. When I complained about my food and experience they gave me $3.00 off of my bill. How insulting. Go to Houlihans instead or even Applebees is better.

Ordered a whiskey chicken sandwich it was awful. To elaborate, it taste like the chicken breast had been stored in a warming drawer for six hours and then thrown under a broiler to melt cheese. Cutting through it was like cutting through a shoe. Eating it as a sandwich was not an option.

Food was good but the service was a little slow. I had to get a utensil set from another take because there weren’t any on mine. I also had to grab the “specials” menu from another table. I would go again because maybe it was an off night. Hopefully there will be better service.
