There was 1 waiter for the entire restaurant! We went on a Wednesday after my brother’s graduation and I couldn’t believe it. I only stayed because this restaurant was the graduates choice. The food was good. The waiter, Phoenix, was exceptional, patient, and served the entire restaurant with grace. We had a party of 8 so we waited quite a while for some dishes but we were served when each dish was ready.

Would not recommend this place. Visited July 2023. Food was meh. Had soup and salad and somehow it was not good. Caesar Dressing tasted wrong. Few drinks on special menu were not available. Service was terrible. Waiter took our food order from 10 feet away, yelling over to us to get it right. He stood by the computer instead of near our table. That was about the strangest service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. When the food my husband wanted was not available, he made him feel bad for not having an immediate replacement order ready. Said rudely if he knew what he wanted, from 10 feet away. Worst service ever. Took a long time when we got the bill. I know there are barely any TGI Fridays left around the US, maybe this is why.

All me and my friend wanted was Mac and cheese. They said we can’t have the 4 cheese platter to dine in only takeout. Like ok that’s slightly annoying, but we still got it anyway. I pay $25 was expecting a nice big platter and all I got was this. The website said 4 to 6 servings. That’s very misleading. The portion was less than a plate. Mac and she was OK but a complete rip off for the size. I will never go back to tgi fridays!!!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Ordered a potato twist which was very yummy. Also ordered a spicy pasta with chicken and shrimp and a mixed plate of ribs and fried shrimps. The crispy fried shrimps was really good. The location was convenient as it is right next to City Centre with ample parking spaces. Restaurant wasn’t very busy when we went and seating was comfortable. Would recommend.

pretty bad visit … asked about happy hour … didn’t have rum for mojito … ask about other food special , oh that’s not for tonight … then the waiter stood 10 feet away and took our order…. very strange … service was slow and we had to track him down … who knows what the issue was but they need to do a lot more for the prices they charge now ….

I’ve been to this TGI Fridays many times. I had a great cheeseburger as I always do. I recognize it was a night during the week and there wasn’t many people in there. The service was good and the TVs were on at the bar. TGI Fridays is always a go to place for any kind of food including anything Jack Daniel’s style. I had a fantastic iced tea and my friend had fried shrimp and something to drink. Was it anything to write home about? No! However, when you go to Friday’s you got to get a potpourri of things and really enjoy the goodness of their selection. I highly recommend TGI Fridays in White Plains for a date, with friends, or bring the family. They have great parking that’s safe as well. Bathrooms are clean and the service was real good.

This place is closing down, right? Everything about this place screams it’s our last day in business. Service was awful, food was awful, conditions were awful. There were only 2 people working, but that should have been enough because there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. But, the bartender was too busy on his phone in one of the booths or talking with other employees to care about customers. The food was awful. I took about 4 bites, paid and left. The place was dirty, tables that hadn’t been cleared, no draft beers because the taps are all covered up, the lights kept getting dim and then going bright. This was a great spot in the past and it is very convenient but it’s just awful now.

The food and service here is very good. The place is clean and the food is very delicious. The menu is very varied and I like the appetizers so much. They alone can fill you up at times without the meal. This place can be pricey but they do have good deals. I recommend this restaurant.
