This was a very nice Friday’s restaurant. My issue isn’t with the location, but with the changes to the reward program. I couldn’t generate the reward in the app, I was told don’t worry, just give us your phone number and we can still process the reward. What they didn’t say is that the rewards changed and are now devalued. Not the first time Friday’s pulled this stunt, they have a history of changing the program and screwing their most loyal customers. Their improved program always means the loyal customer gets less. Time to use up my points and move on.

Everything tasted good but our server was clearly new and confused. The decor is dated the same “wacky” things on the walls that have been there for like 20 years and music better for a workout at the gym than having dinner with the kids.

I’ve been going to this location for the past 20 yrs and 2 months ago I had the most horrible experience. I requested one particular server and they refused to serve me. I contacted Fridays and they claimed the store attempted to contact me multiple times yet I had no missed calls or messages. I will never step foot into another TGI Fridays due to this nasty experience ever again.

The service was terrible. My wife and I arrived at 5:45 pm and did not receive a waiter until I asked for the manager whose name was Michael. Finally, at 6:07 pm, the waitress took our order. We were not happy because it felt racially motivated. It was sooooo bad we didn’t even leave a tip. Please do not waste your money at this Fridays, it is the worst.

Food was decent for family night out but silverware could use some soaking to better clean, their silverware was not clean like spots all over forks and stuff. The ribs I had seemed to be so skimpy and potatoes portion was so small and brocoli I got home and had to find something else to snack on.

We went for the first time with my family to enjoy some chicken wings but we had a terrible experience. It all started with the service of the first 2 waiters. We ordered 30 wings to start with and drinks. There were no bottles, after 40 minutes the chicken wings finally arrived and to make matters worse, we asked to speak to the manager and the person who posed as manager had a terrible personality and arrogant and finally we ordered desserts and 20 minutes but in the end we ask for the bill and cancel the dessert because we get tired of waiting. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service I have received in a restaurant ever. Appetizer took almost an hour to be served to the table. The server was terrible. She dumped my daughters food on the table.
