My wife and I didn’t feel like cooking this evening. We talked about going different places until we decided on TGIF. Young man Brian was our waiter. He had a vibrant personality and was well versed in the menu. The food was pretty decent also. We will go back again with friends.

My family and I had the pleasure of dining at TGIFridays and were thoroughly impressed with their fantastic service, speedy delivery of food, and friendly servers. We go here probably half a dozen times a year, often after a movie. Definitely one of the better run TGI Friday’s, though if I’m nitpicking I usually have SOME minor issue, but it’s rarely a bit deal. If there’s one thing I’ve noticed is that they have a tendency to under cook the mozzarella sticks just a little. When I’ve alerted them to this, the coffee out fine that night. Otherwise, usually a positive experience.

This used to be a great place back in the day. It has gone down hill lately. The food is average at best and that’s being generous. I’ve recently eaten at both the Levittown location and the Westbury one, and both have that going out of business feel. Neither was full like back in the day. The service was sub par at both. Neither location had the appropriate amount of trained staff. I was told Westbury was having trouble just hiring staff. Levittown had new staff that were not trained properly to be on their own. Neither location had a manager greet us while at a table. That is one nice thing about going to quality restaurants and steak houses, having a manager make sure things are good. It seems Fridays no longer cares about guest satisfaction and now just tries to live off their name. Don’t expect too much if you go there anymore.

It would appear that they are way understaffed. Atleast I hope that’s the reason that we were seated at a table for 10 min and were not acknowledged by anyone, let alone approached by a server. I am happily writing this review from my full table at chili’s where we have been visited by 4 employees since we’ve been here.
