Pretty poor showing at this Fridays. If you are looking for a table, this is a good bet as they were dead on a Sunday evening even though the Outlets were packed. And even though nobody was there, it was super slow. Slow to get menus. Had to get our own silverware as that never showed. 45 minutes to get food.

I went in today for dinner with my 2 girls this evening and it was a pleasant experience. I was greeted immediately by the front and they cared that my children had proper seating with a high chair and booster seat. The service was friendly and the food came out nice and hot and didn’t have to wait long for it. The atmosphere was pleasant as well and I really appreciated the overall experience. Really enjoyed the chips and salsa we received today too and signed up for the rewards program too! My server took the time to check in and make sure everything was up to par. Really enjoyed our dinner this evening!

The staff was welcoming, service was great, food and drinks were good. I made some modifications in my order and the waitress was very accommodating. Unfortunately our table was visited by bugs every now and then, the whole time we were pushing away house flies even when there were only a couple of those. I had a tiny spider on my hand which was harmless, my wife spotted that while I was busy placing the order. I don’t know if anything could have been done or not but the staff could see the situation clearly. I would like to visit the place again just because of their food and service but not until I’m sure that the sitting place is thoroughly cleaned.

I didn’t get to take a picture of my food darn but it was tasty . We had the bucket of bones and the chicken and shrimp sizzler. That caramel pecan cheesecake was a . Our waitress was so pleasant and helpful. As far as atmosphere I loved the mirrors everywhere, our booth was comfy but really made for 2 if you want arm room to eat.

Unfortunately, this was a late night choice because nothing was open close to our hotel. We really like this chain but this one was not great. The food was not good, the soup was cold and the fish and chips was over cooked and tasted off. The steak that was ordered was decent but that was about it. We were charged a double bill and the server had to get the manager to fix it. That went well and the manager was helpful.

We walked into the bar area, and were immediately confronted with the unclean area on top of the whole bar. We ended up asking to sit at a table around the side of the bar. The all day happy hour mixed drink special was ordered, and we had to ask twice for our water. The food was mediocre at best. The music was very loud. There were flies on the inside of the window pane watching us eat for the entire time.
