Went in w/a friend around 9:45 Sunday night. Young hostess greeted us almost immediately and sat us at a booth in the bar area. Did not get service for over 3 minutes, but we when we finally got a bartender, she was very nice. As we waited for our food, we saw the same hostess, a young African American female (who seemed to be the manager) and another employee sitting on a table in the dining room…. They were joking & laughing very loud. I saw 3 people walk in and stand at the front, waiting to be seated. No one went over to greet them – the three employees stayed at the table and continued to joke. My friend & I received our food and started to eat. Still no one goes to the front as the 3 customers continue to look around. They finally decided to just grab menus and seat themselves. I couldn’t blame them! (Our bartender was extremely nice but not very attentive.)

The last four times I’ve gone to this restaurant the service at the bar was Top Notch the food was garbage the manager always comes out and says they’re going to make it right they’re going to talk to the cooks but nothing has changed I do not recommend this restaurant unless you’re going to go to the bar and get a drink the bar manager and one of the bartenders that’s a female are awesome. When things went wrong they showed they cared and did their best ability to fix it but some things were Beyond what they could do this store is not a Fridays you want to go to to experience the normal standards of TGI Friday.

The food was great although my salmon was super small. The waitress did a great job yesterday although she was the only one handling many tables. We always have a good experience with good food at Friday’s. We will definitely return. It’s funny because we went just because Friday’s has always been good for us in the past but it ended up being a romantic lunch. The waitress/host sat us away from Everyone and the mood was wonderful because of the lighting. I also like how clean it was. The music was also nice because they played a bit of neo-soul which was different from our previous experiences at Friday’s. All in all, perfect place to go for lunch if in town. Clean, good service, good music and great vibes.

My wife had never been to a TGIF so we stopped for lunch. I had the full rack of ribs, delicious! Even though I didn’t care for the mash potatoes that came with them. The mash potatoes were not made from fresh potatoes. It seemed like they had just made them from a box. I also had the macaroni and cheese. Also looked and tasted from a box.

The host motioned us to our table with a head nod and didn’t say anything. The food was mediocre and the waitress was not in sight most of the time so telling her that we were missing something or needed something else nearly impossible without me leaving the table to find her. I would not go back and don’t suggest others to go either.

By far the worst TGI Fridays. No hostess so waited 10 minutes to even be noticed. The waitress, Belinda doesn’t even know how to greet. Got appetizers and she never came back so we could order entrees. The appetizer was also missing half the wings promised on menu. Went 45 minutes waiting for a check only for a cook to come out and ask if everything was OK and she brought it. Most of the waitresses are in the back doing tik toks in the kitchen and the managers are in with them because they’re on the phones as well singing with them and filming. If you would like photos, I can upload them for proof. Saturday night staff ruined this location.

I had a craving for chicken tenders so I ordered some through Uber Eats. Not only did it take them over an hour to cook the food, when it arrived, it was cold and I had to air fry my food.. but what the HELL is this. These are nuggets. I got 4 tiny pieces of chicken.
