I understand Monday morning is not a busy time but only having one server for the whole place and bar included make her service a bad I am not blaming her she was running up and down. The food let just say u can make better testing Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta at home that what I had my wife she said her burger is good so that’s why I gave it 2 stars.

If you want to experience a gold standard for poor service, you have chosen the right place. Maybe we went on an evening with limited staff or with wait staff who have put in their notice. You almost had to walk around the place to find your server so that at least he can come and take your order. The food did arrive because it was delivered by the kitchen staff. Venture at your own risk!

It’s Friday’s so nothing special at all. This location is a good 1. Food was good, I got some salmon dish that was actually really good. The drink I had was good too. I sat at the bar. Bartender was not attentive enough for how empty it was in there but he was ok nonetheless. I’d go again. They have some good drink specials.

I arrived at 11:15pm on a Sunday evening. There was no host to seat us so we sat at the bar. The bartender gave me a drink. I never ordered a drink, I believe he was drunk. He then walked back over and proceeded to take the drink to the correct customer. He then walked back to me and let me know that he had done last call and would not be placing anymore orders or making drinks. I then asked the host about seating in which he said they were closing. This establishment says closed at 12am but service seems to stop when the employees are tired. I would not recommend the Greenbelt Fridays location.

I had someone pick up an order for me from Greenbelt Fridays and the meal was terrible. The broccoli was old, the rice was hard, and the salmon was pitiful. I called Fridays and spoke with the manager. I explained the details of my meal and that I would bring the food back for a refund. He was polite and assured me that he would credit my account and there was no need to return the food. Needless to say, the credit never happened. This is not my first bad experience with the quality of my meal at Greenbelt Fridays. Its a shame because it is convenient but I won’t be back.

The environment is great. Great customer service, server was very welcoming. Drinks were on point! Food came out hot on time and was delicious. Bathrooms are clean. The server made sure we were okay and needed anything. I will recommend anyone to come here.

Staff and management weren’t knowledgeable. Pulled up to employees smoking and, drinking liquor in front of establishment. Customer service was poor, waited 10mins for someone to come to the pickup counter. Chicken Tender were overcooked and, dry. Online menu prices differ from those inside restaurant when asked why all I got was a “we don’t know”

To be honest I’m only giving five stars because of our server Alpha. We were sat down and no one came to us even after passing by multiple times. Alpha walked past and asked were we being helped and immediately took care of us. He assisted us and checked on us. The food was bland. The food isn’t the usual Fridays but his service is the only reason I’d give it a 5 star! Alpha should definitely be promoted cause he gave the best customer service we’ve experience.
