Update: it’s been a while since I went here during college days but it’s definitely seen better days. Everything has a certain stickiness to it and it’s definitely old looking, the staff looks tired and not being attentive. The food is okay at best but it’s good for its price. The rewards program is it’s saving grace but with update, I lost more than half of the points. I don’t know if I’ll be keep going here due to that.

Went last night with a girlfriend for drinks and food. We get there it was quiet and empty and we walk up to the bar. Order our drinks and food. Get our drinks prompt when our food comes out it’s just my food and our dip , the bartender forgot to put my friend food order in…and finally after 20 more mins she finally got her food, then she left for awhile and someone else I think the manager was able to get us more drinks ..then when we ordered dessert she forgot to push the send button and had to wait for it awhile again.

I came in on a Tuesday night. Half the staff was sitting at the bar, talking loudly – non stop. My food came in cold. The broccoli they gave me was 100% old, it was even black on the bottom ends and brown at the crown. The mac and cheese was hot on one side and cold on the other, meaning they heated it on a microwave. My fish (from fish and chips) had been refried, and it was INSANELY oily. It was a terrible experience and I will never go back.

We ordered our food at 8:07pm and got our food at 8:55pm. We got our appetizer 5 minutes before getting our meals, and the appetizer was cold. Keep in mind it’s a Friday night, and there were only like 4 tables when we got here. It took almost an hour for us to get our food while the restaurant was almost empty. Service and food was trash. Will not be returning again.

Seen this place go down the drain over the years but still order carryout from time to time. Came to pick up dinner after 20 mins of placing the order online. Waited an additional 30 mins in their lobby. Not the first time either. Also, make sure you check your order prior to leaving they will definitely miss something.

Service was decent, but the food was not. I get this same meal every time and have never been disappointed with it until this time. These are two different plates with the same meal and both look disgusting and was disgusting. They skimped on the food, the mashed potatoes were dry and bland, the chicken was bland with a slice of Kraft cheese. Only thing decent was the shrimp. The utensils were all dirty too. Every single one of them.

I had an order delivered and was really excited to be able to have Fridays food it’s been quite a while and I’ve always loved their food. However, this was the worst food I’ve ever eaten and I’m not a picky eater. It was sesame chicken, and it was as hard as a rock, and also parts of it were like chewing on leather. If this is what Friday’s has turned into, I will never eat there again, and I must say I’m sad about that.
